My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner. I walked into Zag Motor’s with what felt like an IMPOSSIBLE situation. I was met at the door by Karina, who was kind, knowledgeable, and assured me from the moment we met that she was here to help, and as the day went on she absolutely proved that she meant it. Every single person I interacted with at Zag was friendly and personable and everyone of them comforted me, and assured me that if there was a way, they would find it. When it came time to get down to numbers, I dealt with Blake, wow, his energy and presence was assuring and calming as he very clearly explained my options. He listened to my concerns and questions and went above and beyond to explain things to me as they were happening. The first car we looked at was a little out of my budget and when I told Blake I wasn’t comfortable with the monthly payment he went RIGHT to work finding a vehicle that would better suit my situation….. when I tell you he NAILED IT! I cannot BELIEVE how much I LOVE this vehicle, they found a car that hit all the right notes for me and I drove away with a car AND a deal that feel made specially for me. I would not waste my time at any other dealer ever again. The customer service, the selection, and even the options available for warranty, gap and add on’s are exceptional. Zero pressure, unparalleled service, and a HUGE selection of BEAUTIFUL quality vehicles. Zag Motor’s is the Blueprint, this is how to do business, this is how you treat people. Worst experience ever in buying a used vehicle! They promised to fix my vehicle and when they attempted to do so they used the wrong parts and further damaged my vehicle! They had my vehicle for 2 seper promised to fix my vehicle and when they attempted to do so they used the wrong parts and further damaged my vehicle! They had my vehicle for 2 seperate months trying to fix one thing AND they didn't hook my break lines back up properly! My vehicle is not safe to drive and they have left me and my kids with no reliable transportation! Now they won't return phone calls, text messages or faxes! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will possibly be seeking compinsation in court! More
