The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Oscar, with warmth and genuine friendliness. Oscar as well as the manager made us feel like family, taking the time to understand my needs without ever making us feel pressured to make a purchase. Unlike other dealerships I've visited, there was no rush or pushy sales tactics. They patiently answered all our questions, provided clear and honest information, and allowed us to make a decision at our own pace. Oscar was extremely personable as our conversations went beyond cars and felt like speaking with an old friend whom I would trust with a vehicle purchase.
