I was treated very well My nephews car died while he was here visiting over the holiday weekend. He had to get back to CA so he drove my truck and I had his car towed to the local Honda dealer. I just showed up with no appt and Anthony was very nice and said they would take care of it. They fixed only what was wrong and gave me a list of other things that need to be taken care of, but said my nephew could take care of those items at his Honda dealer in So Ca. Anthony did bring up that there was a recall and they would take care of that while they were checking out the battery/A/C issue More

Brought the summary of what had been done to my car at the 90,000 mile maintenance workup (which cost me $1500). The service representative actually took the time to go through this report. Despite all the work that had been done in November, there were a few things that had been overlooked or that had worsened significantly since that time. The representative clearly explained what needed to be done today, at the next lube, and in the near future. More

BEST SERVICE DEPT. Once my tires were installed, Anthony noticed that I had a dent on my passenger door from a previous parking lot mishap, and he offered to take the other vehicle's paint transfer off of my car. I was done, he didn't need to do that, yet he did, and my car looks better at least until I make my insurance claim. I highly recommend Yuma Honda for your service needs. More
