POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE can't even check car battery.. had to drive to Autozone and have them test battery while I took picture's to proof that the battery tested bad. Anot can't even check car battery.. had to drive to Autozone and have them test battery while I took picture's to proof that the battery tested bad. Another day took car in for inspection due to tire wear on one rear tire. I was told tire's needed to be rotated . not sure how's that going to fix problem but i said okay. Week later rear brake pads went bad so i replaced them myself . I found that the rear wheel bearing was bad . that explains the one tire wear . took the car again to Honda service and explained to them about tire wear due to bad bearing. After checking the car they told me bearing is fine and i needed to pay 65.00dlrs for service . I had to explain to them this car still has warranty . left very unhappy . We decided to drive to phoenix to try another Honda service department. Tempe Honda is the place to go for every Honda car owner . We drove in I explained them the car problems . After checking car they came back and said the bearing on left rear tire is bad your car is still under warranty so we'l take care of problem with no charge. Then more good news when we picked up the car we found out they checked the other rear bearing and replaced it also . All of this with no charge. Real customer service , Very professional staff. All I can say about Yuma Honda Service is they need to send staff to some type of training or turn down that radio in the shop and get more serious . More

PRFFFFFFFCT !!! While visiting Yuma my Wife encounted a problem whith a curb at the mall . For Safety reasons & to put my mind at ease I went to YUMA HONDA . After Recardo Garcia checked the undrcarrige & determined an all wheel alignment was in order he fixed it right on the spot .Jose Gonzales & Luis Gusman were instrumental as service advisors & made me feel very comfortable making the visit there a lot easier on me. General Manager Walid Doumit you have a fine knowledgable & caring staff . Keep up the good work . My 2,000 mile 42 hr . Trip back home was safe & secure Thanks to Yuma Honda . That is also why I ha ve been buying Honda Odyssey Vans & will be buying my next one in two years . Thans Again J.C. S More
