I purchased a Honda Pilot 2016 we made the deal on one but it had to be driven in from out of town from another dealer ship. So I had to wait the next day, when the next day came around they had told me the car had been sold but they would find me a new one, and it took two more day for them to get me another one and we had to do the paper work all over again since it was a different car. The car is great and everything but they should really secure the deal and the car before anything. It was really inconvenient calling them and going back and forward to see what was going to happened. Luckily everything worked out in the end and we love our new car. More
