Neede service and I got it Took my automobile into the dealership on Saturday morning as I can't get there during the week. I was met at the Service bay by one of the staff who Took my automobile into the dealership on Saturday morning as I can't get there during the week. I was met at the Service bay by one of the staff who remembered me by name. He took my information and gave my car the once over. I was led to the waiting area where snacks and water were provided. After 30 minutes I was given a report as to what repairs were recommended for my car. I was offered a ride home so I would not have to wait at the dealership. Later that afternoon I was called and told that My vehicle was ready. A ride showed up in 15 minutes and took me back to the dealer. Repairs were explained and I was led to the cashier who was very pleasant. My car was washed and ready to go when I came back to the Service Desk. I always am happy with my experience at Yuma Honda. More

Awesome! I drive a 2013 Volkswagen Gold and I took my car to yuma Honda and they were able to accommadate my needs even with a foreign car. They are very welcoming and easy to talk to. Also, they are very professional and they were able to give me a play by play about every hour so I knew what exactly was going on with my car. Exceptional Service to Individuals Just Passing-thru Yuma Can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received from Luis Guzman (Service Adviser) and his technicians. We were traveling between Can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received from Luis Guzman (Service Adviser) and his technicians. We were traveling between Phoenix and San Diego, and noticed a loud intermittent "fluttering" noise coming from what sounded like our Honda CR-V's engine. Stopped at Yuma Honda, and Luis quickly assessed that it was a loose cover over the Crank Seal. It was quickly repaired with 3 clips for a total charge of $2.25. Plus- they washed our car!! In addition, they diagnosed a problem with the Crank Seal (causing some oil seepage), but assured us that it wouldn't require attention until we returned to our Honda dealership in Phoenix. This service department restored my trust in dealerships ...and humanity!!! Thanks Yuma Honda!! More
