Battery/ filter replacement I called ahead of my visit to State a problem I was having with my 2017 CRV, which was, I was having trouble starting my car. The Gentleman in service I called ahead of my visit to State a problem I was having with my 2017 CRV, which was, I was having trouble starting my car. The Gentleman in service sId it sounds like your battery bring it in. After arriving at Honda the same person I talked to on the phone greeted me and took my car into service. Upon checking my car they replaced my batter and recommended I change my Air and cabin filter,which I did, I am very satisfied with the service I received, but most of all very pleased to deal with Jose Gonzales, I will be back. Yuma Honda Service Department Went to have brakes checked because I had gotten a coupon. They did a free 21 point inspection, & found my brakes showed almost no wear (almost 64,00 Went to have brakes checked because I had gotten a coupon. They did a free 21 point inspection, & found my brakes showed almost no wear (almost 64,000 mi) but most of my fluids were starting to show age. Since I was getting close to 70k miles, Luis explained what needed to be done then and offered to do it now while I had a valid 10% coupon. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I saved almost $80. Plus I was complimented several times in my braking habits since my brake pads showed so little wear. More
