We looked at a few different maker, and settlers on a new ford. When we first visited the dealership, Joe came right out to us, introduced himself, and offered what ever help he could. Joe listened to our needs, made a few suggestions, was ready to sing us up on the spot. Even though I was not ready to buy, he still kept me up to date on the promotions that Ford was having. When I became ready to buy I remembered that Joe listened to my needs, and desires, and while I might have gotta better deal elsewhere, I chose to go back to Yreka Ford because of Joe. We purchased a new F150 4x4 today, we were very pleased with how smooth the transaction went, and that on a short days notice Joe made himself available to assist us!
