Stopped to look at a 2012 Jeep Wrangler, and was greeted by Nina Woods. Ultimately I had to pass on the Jeep, because of logistical reasons; of which if it gets sorted out, I’ll go back and get the Jeep! Jason Resh lied to me when I bought my 21 Ford ecosports. He assured me of any problems arose that I would be taken care of . Instead,it was the opposite. They kept it overnight and the next day they told us they didn't believe they could look at it again to diagnose the transmission problem in the near future. I left it there for a week before I got tired of walking everywhere and went and got my vechile back . I believed Jason when he said if any issues occured that I would be taken care of and a loaner would be provided so I wouldn't be stuck without a car . I was the fool. I got no help or politeness at all . The service department didn't even inform me on the progress of any they were making . I guess because they didn't really even look at it. I will never trust a car salesman or dealership again even if they were a friends extended family. I should have known better but I trusted in this dealerships good reputation. I was wrong and lied too. I hope no one experiences anything like I have . 35,000 and a transmission that is slipping. I made all my oil changes and did all the upkeep except my windshield still needs replaced after a rock hit it from road construction and caused a major crack . I am still in the process of getting that repaired . This car lot gets great reviews so I am the only one who is being screwed over by them but I am and I was . More
Waited a month to get my car under warranty to be looked at . Told they weren't going to work on it in the near future . Brought several warranties and went 8 days with no car . Never buy from this dealer . Shady business practices and unprofessional customer service. Warranties not honored and integrity not shown . Be aware . I hope they treat no one like they did me . While traveling from Santa Rosa to Corvallis, Oregon my Honda Pilot transmission overheated. I called Yreka Honda and they went above and beyond to check things out so I could get on my way!! Went to see Joe again for my new truck purchase. Upgraded my Ram to a F250 Superduty. Joe was very helpful the first time dealing with me and my girl purchased a car too. He was busy so Matt helped with my t my Ram to a F250 Superduty. Joe was very helpful the first time dealing with me and my girl purchased a car too.
