I helped my daughter bought a brand car from younker Nissan, the sales man is very helpful, but he dose not making the call on negotiation the car prices. then the GM(Michael Niles) came to the picture Nissan, the sales man is very helpful, but he dose not making the call on negotiation the car prices. then the GM(Michael Niles) came to the picture we made a deal part of was the getting 2 years of complimentary oil change, but when we went to the finance office the finance guy said that was not part of the deal then I came out the office went to ask the GM Michael Niles, he say he never said it that which both my daughter and I heard that. all of sudden he gets really mad he said he is not going the sell the car to us if we insist to get the free oil change......My point was that we spent about $30,000 left the dealer with the bad taste in my mouth as well as the GM making a false statement in front my daughter, I and salesman Gary. we all looked at each other and shook our head.... It was a terrible experience for me. They were very dishonest and untrustworthy. They may offer an appealing quote, but will not behave to help you get the best deal. I personally had an amazing experience with the dealership this month. I lived overseas for the past 3-4 years, and due to all the economy madness my U.S. based credit was completely tanked (dow dealership this month. I lived overseas for the past 3-4 years, and due to all the economy madness my U.S. based credit was completely tanked (down to 500s). I hit up a number of Nissan dealerships and Jason from Younkers reached out to me and quoted an unbelievable deal. Based on reading the reviews on here and some other websites, I was extremely skeptical that I was being tricked or something. However, the complete opposite happened - not only did they stick to the price they quoted (which was even better than a "great price" rating on truecar.com; their finance person Melanie basically fought teeth and nails with finance companies... not simply to get me financing, but to get me an unbelieveable % rate (most dealers had been quoting me 14%++, Younkers got me below half that number). I can only vouch for Jason F. and Melanie S. over there - the other two gentlemen I spoke to were nice to me however. I would recommend this dealership to literally everyone I know. More
I test-drove a used car at Younker's that I really liked but the CARFAX came up with a previous accident and a lot of cosmetic but visible body repairs. When I asked if I could allow a nearby mechanic to ch but the CARFAX came up with a previous accident and a lot of cosmetic but visible body repairs. When I asked if I could allow a nearby mechanic to check out the vehicle they became very aggressive about making a deal, switching the price and pushing documents at me. The manager came out and pressured me that "Someone else is ready to buy." This was an outright lie. No one else was in the dealership and when I called later in the day from a different phone number to inquire about the vehicle they said that one person had seen the vehicle in the morning (myself) and that no one else was currently looking at it. I bought a 2008 nissan altima with 27k miles on it. I found the car online, and drove a hour and half to get this car. Two days after i bought the car i started to hear a knocking sound coming from the m found the car online, and drove a hour and half to get this car. Two days after i bought the car i started to hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I took the car into Bremerton Nissan which was closer to where i lived, and they advised me that they DID hear a knocking noise coming from the motor and they weren't sure what it was. I called Younker who was more then happy to take a look at the car and fix the problem. They called me two days later and said they COULDN'T hear the knocking noise at all. They stated that it was normal for a 2.5 to be louder, and that they coudn't find anything wrong with it. This statement was very hard to belive when the day before that a NISSAN CERTIFIED TECH said they DID hear the noise!!!!! I then got in touch with Nissan in Bremerton, who has been nice enough to print out documentation of the knock that they heard, and sludge that they found in the motor. I would never recommend Younker Nissan Renton to anyone who doesn't want to be lied. More

If you value your time and don't appreciate being jerked around DO NOT go to Younker Nissan! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I found the car I wanted on the internet in their stock. I wanted to gi around DO NOT go to Younker Nissan! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I found the car I wanted on the internet in their stock. I wanted to give Younker a shot at selling the car so I called to see if they'd match another dealer's price. They would not agree to the price match over the phone and said I had to come down and see the car. So I took 2 hours out of my work day to accommodate the dealership's request. When I got there I was surprised to learn the car I wanted... the one they demanded I come look at was not there. Turns out someone at the dealership had been driving it as his own but they'd be happy to still sell me the brand new 2011 car with 480 miles on it. My disappointment continued when the 'guy in the office' came out and tried to scare me out returning to the Everett Nissan dealership telling me I shouldn't buy a car from the other Nissan dealership because "they might not be here tomorrow". I was further when Younker Nissan located the exact car I wanted at a dealership in Tacoma, snatched it up so I could only buy it from them, and wouldn't release it to the Nissan dealership in Edmonds that I had a positive experience with. I was about to contact the BBB for Younker impeding my purchase of the car when the Nissan dealership in Edmonds found another car for me. Be forewarned... Younker Nissan will waste your time and could possibly make it very difficult for you to buy the car you want from anyone else!!! More
