Jessica, We are sorry that you haven’t been happy with your purchase experience. The vehicle that you purchased underwent an extensive inspection in addition to the standard Maryland State Inspection. When you brought your concerns to our attention, we had multiple technicians at both our location and an independent 3rd party service center fail to duplicate your reported conditions. Your clutch repair came 15 months and 40,000 miles after you had purchased the vehicle which is far beyond any reasonable warranty period. We went above and beyond our stated warranty policy a year ago to try and find your concerns – We are sorry that we are not able to make you happy regarding this matter. That accident is not reporting on AutoCheck – which is the vehicle history report that CarMax uses.
