I bought a used car and had problems with it kicking out of 6th gear for about 6 months then my whole clutch needed replaced. They knew of this pre existing issue and refused to do anything. Then to make matters worse, I paid 600 for clutch and they wouldn't reimburse anything. Never buy from them. I will never recommend anyone to such a lousy company that treats their customers so horrible. More
We had a smooth, pleasant, stress-free experience purchasing our Toyota Camry from Younger. When we stopped at the lot we had really just planned to look and not buy.. It started raining just as we pulled up and Brian came out in the rain and meet us at the car. Brian was great-- he is knowledge about the vehicles and explained things in a non-pressure way. I couldn't decide between two colors. He pulled them both up to the building so we could see them side by side. Gina in Finance was very helpful and made financing very quick and easy. Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish was friendly and helped to make our experience a great one. More

No integrity My car was towed to Younger Toyota. It needed a new battery which they replaced. Later, I was told by my driver that went to pick it up that the car w My car was towed to Younger Toyota. Later, I was told by my driver that went to pick it up that the car was dead when he got there and that he waited for 2 hours before someone came and jumped it. Yes, they jumped a brand new battery and didn't blink an eye or mention it to me. It is only because my driver told me that I knew. So I called and Brandon Humbertson agreed that wasn't right and offered 50% back. I thought it was at least a nice gesture. But instead of making it right, Brandon handed the chore off to Dennis Gish. After not getting the credit, I called back and they said they must have wrote the number down somewhere and lost it. So they tried again. No credit again. Called back. This time they said they must have refunded the wrong person. I wish I was joking. Again I wait and no credit back. This time Brandon used the "Well it takes the banks five days blah blah blah." What amazes me is that the simple concept of customer service teaches you that when a customer complains, that is your opportunity to do right- why would you offer to spend the money to grant a partial refund and then mess that up so bad also? I'd feel sorry for Dave Carroll the GM having to manage these guys, but he never bothered to return my call. So long story short- about a dozen calls over 3 weeks and nobody at Younger Toyota managed to keep their word or have any integrity. More

I was then helped by Louis Lee Jr. He was so friendly and helpful. He convinced me to get a 2017 highlander. 2 weeks later I am still so happy with my purchase. It runs great and has all the features I need in a car. Louis Lee Jr was a great help to my car buying experience and would recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy a Toyota. More

Great buying experience, but I bought a new 2020 Corolla Hybrid from Younger in late October of 2019. I was a first-time new car buyer, and Mike was our salesman. He was very help I bought a new 2020 Corolla Hybrid from Younger in late October of 2019. I was a first-time new car buyer, and Mike was our salesman. He was very helpful during the entire process. One down side is that I did feel pressured into buying a color I was not pleased with, as it was on the lot and the color I wanted was elsewhere (though in transferable distance). I ended up warming up to the color on the lot, so this wasn't a huge deal. Jeffrey Cross was also very helpful and informative during the loan application process. I left Younger feeling very pleased with the entire process. However, I did begin to feel ignored shortly after leaving the dealership. As part of the negotiated package, I was supposed to have an emergency trunk kit mailed to my house. After about a month, there was no sign of the package, and I began to wonder what went wrong. I sent three separate friendly texts to my salesman Mike and left a voicemail for him over the course of 1 month with no response. At this point, I realized I was definitely being ignored. I finally called and asked for the sales manager today and explained the situation. The man that answered the phone (I don't remember his name, though I think it started with an A) immediately apologized and said he would call me back later in the day after getting everything straightened out. Mike called later in the day to say it was sent. He was pleasant, but he did not apologize or even recognize the fact I contacted him 4 times. He just said "thanks for your patience with us". Overall, Younger Toyota was great. After-purchase service could be better. More

A superb purchase experience I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime Limited from Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, Maryland. It should be noted that this was not just your ordinar I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime Limited from Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, Maryland. It should be noted that this was not just your ordinary car sale as I made my visit all the way from the state of Georgia just to purchase my vehicle. Why you may ask; well as it turns out after performing extensive on-line research on this model I saved not just a few hundred dollars but a few thousand dollars! My salesman, Brian, was a class act, and I mean that sincerely. He worked diligently to make the vehicle I wanted available to me. Originally I had placed an order for this vehicle in Georgia however that delivery was uncertain and not much of a price break was available; only a few hundred dollars though the AARP vehicle purchase program. I also struggled to locate any Prius Prime vehicles in Georgia as not many are available in the Southeast. Younger Toyota also provided additional perks such as Toyota-Care; no offer of this plan was made at any of the dealerships I reached out to in my home state of Georgia. All I can say is my experience couldn't have been any better with my sales representative and Younger Toyota's approach to customer appreciation. I would definitely consider another trip to Younger Toyota in the future once I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you so much for such a gratifying experience. More
