This was the second time that we brought our Prius in to replace the left headlight bulb. The first time we decided not to spend $300 because the bulb was working once again. After several weeks of drivin replace the left headlight bulb. The first time we decided not to spend $300 because the bulb was working once again. After several weeks of driving, we noticed that the bulb would come on then go out. Jason in service explained this to us the first time, but again we bulked at the price of the work. He was very knowledgeable both times and very helpful. He also faxed a copy of the bill over to Toyota under a Case# provided by them. Even though our Prius was beyond the 5 year 50K bulb replacement recall, the case will be reviewed and if all indications are correct, we will receive reimbursement for all or most of the cost. Younger Toyota has been our only service destination for our 2007 Prius. We have brought our vehicle in for all twelve recommended service times and have bought new tires and now a bulb from Younger. We appreciate the shuttle service and the car washes each time that we bring our vehicle in. Please keep up these service practices in the future as well. Thanks to Jason for making our visit as bearable as possible. No one wants to fork over big bucks, but his assistance does and did make a difference. Thank you. If we are ever in need of another Toyota, Younger is where we will go to first. Over the past 20 plus years we have purchased 3 vehicles from Younger, and we have no other reason to go elsewhere. Very patient while I test drove on several occasions before decision. All are courteous. Phil talked to me several times when i spotted something of interest on the website, stayed over his hrs to hel before decision. All are courteous. I had my car into the service department for 2 recalls. When I called to schedule the appointment, the advisor was very friendly and got me schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. Once I arrived at the dealership on the day of my service, they were readily available and Dan Higgins was very friendly to work with. I asked if my car would be ready by noon and he indicated he would try, and sure enough, at 11:00 I received a phone call from him that it was ready. My expericne was very good and the service department is very organized and willing to help. More

Ken was not only professional in every aspect, but also very experienced. I never once thought that purchasing a vehicle could be so easy! Through his experience, it seemed like a walk in the park: prompt responses, understandable guidance and NO HASSLES! Even with a minor flaw to the vehicle - through no fault of the dealership, it simply was a used vehicle - Ken gave no hesitation on getting it repaired instantly. Ken completely understood my want, needs, and expectations in another vehicle. After purchasing my new (used) vehicle, I did have to visit the dealership again for an ordered part to be installed. Ken personally meet me at the service dock and took care of everything for me. Ken Murphy is a great sales consultant - who I would recommend to everyone I know. He is obviously serious about his work, as it shows through his demeanor, experience and knowledge . I can sense from my encounter with Ken that he genuinely cares about his customers; he wants them to leave with a smile and an elated disposition. Once again, I can not thank Ken Murphy enough for fulfilling my wish to be in a Toyota RAV4. More
