I would like to say that Tim Moats was a very professional and informative sales associate. My husband and I were very pleased with the customer care and concern that Tim provided. We had an issue with the Corolla not starting the day after our purchase and Tim was very helpful in making sure that the problem was resolved immediately. We had to have the battery replaced as it was testing in the "need to replace" range when put on the battery tester. Adam from the service department was helpful in getting the battery replaced and my car ready to be picked back up in a timely manner. We were also very impressed with the customer care that we received from Cheryl Taylor in financing. She was very professional and courteous as well. More

When we returned to find Tony out for that day, Paul helped us set up bluetooth in our new Sienna and truly was "Mr.Awesome", our inside joke. What a nice guy !! Our experience last year (2011) in attempting to come to a deal was less than satisfactory primarily because we did not appreciate how the sales manager at that time ( Mark) handled our attempt to negotiate a deal. We didn't feel that our loyalty mattered to him over the bottom line and that was pretty obvious. Because of that experience we did not return. Decided to try once more this year before going to Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg where we found the identical vehicle for sale. This time...( we suspect a different sales manager) truly wanted to retain our business and made us a reasonable offer. Our only complaint with Younger is that in the past 5 years routine service ( oil change/ general inspection ) should not require 2+ hours of time to complete. And the "car wash" guarantee shouldn't be offered if the vehicle comes out looking no better than when it went through the wash. Suspect that hurried pace means vehicles don't always get that premium attention that they should for the loyalty factor. But....it sounds good as a selling point. Coupons in Car Care books are relatively useless as we quickly found out but again....the sales manager, Mark, was the person who made the decision not to allow us to use it. The "deal" was done according to him. The Younger dealership overall is a very good one. We wouldn't expect one individual to be a reason for not supporting the dealership and the many good people working there.
