The Service Advisor, Adam I believe, and the Mechanic Technician were very helpful in working with me to get the service done. I originally came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed of other services needed, per the condition of the vehicle. I work very long and late hours and it is difficult to get in to have my car service. Both men offered options, and finally a wonderful offer of a rental for a few hours while the car was being serviced. I had to travel 52 miles to get to work, and I don't get off until 6:30 pm. I needed the service ASAP and this allowed me to have everything done in the one visit. I really appreciated them working with me on the situation. As for the price, well, it is what it is. Repair service and parts can be expensive, and the demand is definitely there. When the service is great, one doesn't mind the price. More

I was there for the safety recall to my 2001 Tundra, concerning the undercarraige frame rust. The dealership was good at scheduling an appointment and taking care of the rental car that we needed. I was somewhat disappointed with final quality check before vehicle was released to customer. I didn't notice, until driving home when I looked in the side mirrors, that the truck bed was misaligned from side-to-side. Upon closer inspection, it looked like someone had also gotten the black frame coating on places of the body exterior. Hopefully tar remover will take this off when washing next. I was already too far north into Pennsylvania when I noticed these things to go back. Would be willing to go back at a future date to have adjusted. More

He has gone out of his way to help us find exactly the vehicle that I was looking for. He has always been available to take our phone calls, return our calls, and spend as much time as we have needed to make sure our new 4 Runner would be everything we expected and more. He spent a lot of time helping me to see the benefits of the 2012 4 Runner to replace my 2004. I love my 4 Runners and wasn't exactly ready to give up the one I had. After Louis spent time with me and went over the equipment on the new one I was very comfortable with the decision to purchase a new one. Louis knows his product and is also humble enough that he will check something with another associate if he isn't sure when I ask him a question. I like that. He has never treated me like a "dumb woman". This is our family's third purchase from Younger Toyota. We live in Cumberland and chose to travel to Hagerstown before the Toyota dealership closed locally. I must say, we are not the easiest couple to please, but Younger has always met our expectations. I must also say that our experience with Cheryl Taylor was also exceptional. She is so pleasant. We had a very good experience with her. She was most helpful and she also really knows her product as well as all of the ins and outs of the financial end of the business.
