The entire process of buying the call was very enjoyable. There was no heavy pressure for the sale. The car has all the features I want and I was able to pick it up within one day of placing my deposit. I really love my new camry and the color is beautiful. Everyone at the delarship was very friendly and helpful. Jeremy has followed up with me to be sure if I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions. I was very skeptival, but I had heard good things about Younger. I called and asked for the Sales Manager to assign me to a mature knowledgeable person who would treat me fairly as I am a long time Toyota Younger. This is my 4th Toyota purchase in a row but I had shopped for other brands to cvompare and had not had very ploeasant experiences. Mark Duvall was very courteous and professional in introducing me to Mara Myers. I was totally comfortable with Mara and we established an immediate rapport. I felt she was extremely helpful, very sincere, and did everything possible to provide me with outstanding service. Although I do not buy a new car except every 6 to 9 years, I have immediately been very impressed with your dealership and will highly recommend you. How refreshing to be treated that my business mattered! I respect your product and I am very apopreciative that your dealer appreciates my business. Jason was the service rep that helped me. He was very knowledgeable. He offered his assistance when making my next service appointment. I think that after spending $1300 dollars on tires and having the brakes and rotors resurfaced and having four wheel alignment i think that the least they could have done was clean off battery cables that having the brakes and rotors resurfaced and having four wheel alignment i think that the least they could have done was clean off battery cables that it says were corroded and the cable ends instead of wanting to charge us for that service of 57.00 which we declined..And your survey sucks up more time than necessary because in order to submit you have to register and do other stuff and to me thats just a way to sell you e-mail address and other items to another company to make money and overwhelm me with junk e-mail. kind of don't call us-we'll call you if theres a problem......
