Dave Carroll, Tony Curtis, and Jason Neiderer all went above and beyond in an effort to provide my family with exc professional service they provide. I did not have an appointment; I had an unusual problem with a new tire that was damaged from road debris. I was on a tight schedule, rushing to pick my daughter up from the bus stop. They all went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service. Not only did they perform a full service on my Prius, they located a tire dealer that had a matching tire for my car, picked up the tire for me, and had it on the car and completed the service in a very short time. They did it at a very reasonable price with totally professional service- 110%. I highly recommend Younger Toyota to everyone – they conducted themselves to the highest standards of business. They are an outstanding professional car dealer and service. When I buy my next auto(most likely 2013) I will consider Toyota based on my current Toyota and the service I recieve with your dealership throughout 2012. I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 miles) had a major computer malfunction. I absolutely could not have been treated any better I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 miles) had a major computer malfunction. I absolutely could not have been treated any better with this entire experience. Matt brought me a new Camry to use while my 4 Runner was being restored to new. I also had a noisy seat motor and Tony said he would have this repair done while my 4 Runner was in for the computer repair. The Camry had a nearly full tank of gas and when my 4 Runner was returned, it also had a nearly full tank of gas! The only way I could have had better treatment would have been if Tony had a magic wand to wave and make the problem not have happened! Younger staff is the Best! More
