I want to thank Younger Toyota for the outstanding professional service they provide. Dave Carroll, Tony Curtis, and Jason Neiderer all went above and beyond in an effort to provide my family with exc professional service they provide. I did not have an appointment; I had an unusual problem with a new tire that was damaged from road debris. I was on a tight schedule, rushing to pick my daughter up from the bus stop. They all went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service. Not only did they perform a full service on my Prius, they located a tire dealer that had a matching tire for my car, picked up the tire for me, and had it on the car and completed the service in a very short time. They did it at a very reasonable price with totally professional service- 110%. I highly recommend Younger Toyota to everyone – they conducted themselves to the highest standards of business. They are an outstanding professional car dealer and service. If you are shopping for a car you will not be disappointed with Younger Toyota’s dealership and service, they will exceed your expectations! More
I was very pleased with the service I received, they were very helpful, pleasant and respectful. I was prepared for the worst. I went to three different service (dealerships) stations(for three different car very helpful, pleasant and respectful. I was prepared for the worst. I went to three different service (dealerships) stations(for three different cars) and Toyota was by far the best followed by Buick and then Ford. I felt there was concern for me as a your first time customer. When I buy my next auto(most likely 2013) I will consider Toyota based on my current Toyota and the service I recieve with your dealership throughout 2012. It is between Toyota and Hyundai(my two brother's autos). Thank you. More
Jason had my paperwork waiting, got me settled right away and had me on the road quickly. I want to say that Rhonda Stambaugh (service advisor) did an excellent job of explaining my problem and answering all my questions even to the extent of discounting my bill. I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 miles) had a major computer malfunction. I absolutely could not have been treated any better I was astonished when my new 4 Runner (less than 300 miles) had a major computer malfunction. I absolutely could not have been treated any better with this entire experience. Matt brought me a new Camry to use while my 4 Runner was being restored to new. I also had a noisy seat motor and Tony said he would have this repair done while my 4 Runner was in for the computer repair. The Camry had a nearly full tank of gas and when my 4 Runner was returned, it also had a nearly full tank of gas! The only way I could have had better treatment would have been if Tony had a magic wand to wave and make the problem not have happened! Younger staff is the Best! More
