Starter died in early afternoon. I called Bill Merriman and he gave me the # for a reputable towing company and scheduled the repair for the same day. I was thrilled to have my car repaired the same aftern and he gave me the # for a reputable towing company and scheduled the repair for the same day. I was thrilled to have my car repaired the same afternoon. Plus the comfortable seating along with the complimentary food and drinks in the waiting area definitely made the repair time much more bearable. I didn't rate the cost, b/c I have no idea what is typical for such a repair. Being in a bind I wasn't going to shop around. If I paid more, well, doing so to get my car the same day along w/being comfortable and feed while waiting was worth it. More

Took three appointments to get the job done, second one a rental car was to be there for me to exchange on the way to work was not there had to make another appointment the nex day. After the appointment I still had to have Rhonda come out and she removed shipping residue from the chrome on the bumpers. Also there is still wax or compound residue or scuffing on the plastic & rubber trim. Not the kind of serivice I was expecting. Doug Rhodes More

Bill Merriman always is plesant to work with and professional. He makes sure I get the best deal checking for any coupons that apply. He is careful to insist that service be performed especially when it has to do with safety issues or a possibility that damage may be done to my car (ex: my brake pads needed to be replaced before they start to damage the rotors.) The service team made sure I was able to get my car serviced and that it was finished in time for me to get to a meeting I had scheduled later that morning. I greatly appreciate the timeliness.
