As always Younger employees were very friendly and considerate.I have never had a bad experience at Younger Toyota.Keep up the good work folks.When i dropped off my vehicle for service my wife was pic considerate.I have never had a bad experience at Younger Toyota.Keep up the good work folks.When i dropped off my vehicle for service my wife was picking me up and was re-routed three times because of accidents,I had left my phone at home and Mara Myers allowed me to use her cell phone to call my wife then came looking for me when my wife returned my call.Little things like what Mara did will keep me coming back to Younger. Gentleman who checked me in most helpful but not on list. Said Toyota for life and no charge for certain services. Lounge area comfortable. Food and drink available free. I had a latte. Terry came to make sure that the license plate frame I wanted was installed correctly. Bill presented was inaccurate. After I told Terry to please re-check, she found the error and re-worked the bill. Everything was pleasant and efficient. More

We bought my wife's vehicle at Younger 2 years ago. Tony Patillio was the Sales consultant that helped us that time and we were very pleased with the whole experience. We had already decided that we were going to deal with Younger again. I had talked to Tony earlier in the week about the different vehicles that we were interested in but when we went down Friday evening Tony was not there and we were helped by Jeremy Kelly. We were very pleased again with the friendliness and helpfullness and knowledge of the people we dealt with especially since people had to stay after hours to finish the purchase of our new vehicle. We are pleased not just with the experience of buying the vehicles but also with service after having bought the vehicles. We already have and will continue to recommend Younger to people we talk to. More

Younger Toyota service department is wonderful. The service people are always very nice & go over the findings & recommend what is needed & why they are needed to keep your car running properly. I was not looking forward to buying a new car. My new car purchase experience with Younger Toyota could not have been any more positive. Everybody I dealt with from Sales to Finance was very client and car purchase experience with Younger Toyota could not have been any more positive. Everybody I dealt with from Sales to Finance was very client and service oriented. I truly feel like they were helping me versus seeing what they could get away with, which is what I expected based on my prior car purchase experiences. I have never made a repeat purchase from the same dealership in the past. Based on my recent experience, I'll go back to Younger Toyota for future car purchases. More
