Jason does a great job explaining the service and the results. He discusses issues with me in detail and presents options. He always greets me by name and has a good sense of humor. He always makes sure the customer WIFI is up, as he knows when I come in Im going to ask. Most important though is that he asks and then listens to any issues with the car and and answers my questions. Jason always provides a very positive and very customer centric experience. While this comment is about Jason, Please be aware that when Im waiting for service, and Louis Lee happens to see me he always comes over an greets me and asks how Im doing and asks about the car etc. I appreciate that he continues to recognize me as a current and future customer.
