The irony is that they admit but do nothing about it. In the past 30 years, I purchased over $200K cars from Younger Toyota. That should tell you something. I picked up the car with a huge glob of mud on the floor mats, a lot of white dust all over the cluster control, and a man's perfume under the seat. I have gone to the court over this but they are avoiding (including Mr. Younger) being served. . More
Our salesperson was Scott D. Chadwick and he was outstanding in every respect. We started off with emails where he answered all our questions and gave us the out-the-door price Chadwick and he was outstanding in every respect. We started off with emails where he answered all our questions and gave us the out-the-door price for a new 2023 Toyota Crown. A couple of days later, we drove to the dealership and met Scott for a test drive. He again went out of his way to guide us through the sales process. He spent considerable time showing us all the details of the car and how all the technology worked. He got our phones working on the Toyota App and we were all set. He made it the purchased process very easy for us. He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our time in the Finance office with Cheryl Taylor went equally well. She too was great. She answered all our questions and made the process very smooth and efficient. Our thanks for Scott and Cheryl for a job very well done. More
