I drove Nissan Altima & Maxima & Honda Accord. I also test drove the "new" Ford Taurus. There was no comparison between the foreign cars & the American made - no wonder the big 3 are in trouble. Despite thinking I wanted a smaller car, the Avalon offered the most comfort & best features for the best price of any of the cars. Joe & the Toyota mgr (sorry, his name eludes me at present) spent a lot of time working with me until I got into a price range that was acceptable to me. I am very happy with my purchase, even though it was my husband's idea for me to buy a new car; my old car (Ford Taurus 2002) was working fine. More

He found what he thought would be the best car for our needs, and he printed off some onfo pages to show me. It was a new, 2008 Toyota Corolla at Car Max in Laurel, MD. We had planned to pay them a visit the next weekend, but since we live closer to Hagerstown, MD, he thought he would just go for a test drive there. The salesperson, Charlene Burrell, greeted us and treated us with friendliness and respect. We were up-front about our intentions, and showed her the fact sheets from Car Max. She told us she thought her dealership might be able to beat their deal. The first time she got up to go "talk it over with the manager", I thought, "Here we go with the sales games". But when she came back I was pleasantly surprised. She told us her manager said not to let us leave without making a sale, no matter what it takes. There was no haggling. No mind games, no nonsense, no kidding!! Long story short: she beat their deal! We got the car we wanted with all the features for less than we thought; the financing was fair and painless, and we were out of there in less than three hours. The car was carefully washed and dried before it was delivered to us. The test drive we took, (up the street to get gas and back), only brought the odometer to eleven miles. Charlene even made sure they included the often-forgotten floor mats. My husband works nights, and I work days. In one year we have put over 69,000 miles on our new baby. We are averaging about 37 miles to the gallon. This has saved us thousands over the past year. We are glad to recommend Charlene Burrell and Younger Toyota for their honesty, friendliness and fair dealings. Thank you Younger family!! More

A salemen that knows less about the vehicle than I do and is quick to push a sale is not going to get my business. This was not the case at Younger. More
I started an internet search for a Prius in November 2008 and was in contact with 13 dealerships. In early January 2009, I narrowed my search to 3 dealerships and absolutely made the right choice to go with and was in contact with 13 dealerships. In early January 2009, I narrowed my search to 3 dealerships and absolutely made the right choice to go with Younger Motorcars! So why would I drive two states away to purchase a car? While they have a beautiful dealership, I was most impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Steph was thoroughly pleasant to work with and Hanneke, who had owned a Prius herself, was able to show me numerous features of the car rather than just tell me about them. And during the entire purchase process, I was able to decide what I wanted. There were none of the stereotype hard sell tactics that still exist in some dealerships. Need more reasons to buy from Younger Motors? They did not have the color Prius I wanted and in less than 24 hours one was located for me. Also, I did not have anyone who was able to take me to pick up my new car, so Hanneke offered to pick me up and drive me those two states back to the dealership to complete my purchase! This was easily the best experience I have had in purchasing a new car. And the icing on the cake? A rare $750 Prius rebate that started the same day I went in to get my car! It doesn't matter how many states I have to travel, I will be back to Younger Motorcars for future purchases! More
Dealing with Younger Toyota and the people that work there was a pleasure. Everyone was extremely professional and I love my new Avalon. There was a very warm and friendly experience. As you all know, with the economy downturn, it is not always easy to stop by the dealer looking for a vehicle. Although the auto industry is facing lots of diff know, with the economy downturn, it is not always easy to stop by the dealer looking for a vehicle. Although the auto industry is facing lots of difficulties in its history, yet, it's not easy or comfortable going to the dealer especially with a less than perfect credit. My first communication was with Stephanie Hudson. She gave me quotes to review prior to arriving the dealership, which made it so convenient since I live over an hour away. When I arrived, a sales rep from the floor already had everything completed, so all I had to do was verify info and sign the required documents. The vehicle was the one I wanted, and it was immaculate when I arrived. They even had it in the new car garage waiting for me. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and have referred my in-laws who also have purchased two.
