We are totally Toyota people. We took our car in for and oil change and ended up driving a 2009 Highlander home. We had discussed something a little bigger than the Corrolla, and that day the Highlander cau oil change and ended up driving a 2009 Highlander home. The experience was in a way bittersweet , as my mom bought her car on April 15, 2009 and then passed away on April 28, 2009. Despite the fact that the dealership was rather busy when I visited, the sales associate treated me like I was the only customer he had. He was very helpful in answering my questions and tolerant of my requ I visited, the sales associate treated me like I was the only customer he had. Even when I went to pick up my new vehicle the following week, the sales associate had another customer walk in moments after me and he still took the time to make sure that I understood my new car. I will say that my kids enjoyed the complimentary snack bar too! More

All the sales associates we spoke with were curteous and helpful. We got a great deal on a year-old car and they offered us better loan rates than our credit union had offered. The package we chose includes bumper-to-bumper warrentee for 100,000 miles. They took our trade-in car as the downpayment;even gave us more than bluebook value for it. We were in and out with the car within an hour and a half including getting finance papers signed and touring the service facility. Routine oil changes are free for the life of the car and they have a clean, comfortable waiting room with a popcorn machine and shlushee machine...great for my kids when I travel to have service done. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Younger Toyota to anyone. I would drive the hour to get there to buy my next car. More

The installation of my XM radio in my new prius leave a lot to be desired. It location right next to the windscreen post causes way to many drop outs. Two years ago, in August of 2007, I bought a new Rav 4 from Younger toyota. I contacted Stephanie Hudson through the Internet, and met Adam Dodds at the dealership. It was the first positive car-buying experience I ever had. The Rav 4 was my first Toyota. It now has 66,000 miles on it. I have changed the oil & filters, and must replace the rear windshield wiper blade. That's it, and the car's perfect. Overall, I don't feel comfortable with a 4x4 that kicks out at 25 mph, but it seems to work. I wouldn't change anything else on the vehicle. When I decided to replace my truck, I gave Younger the first oportunity. I emailed Stephanie, then met Adam at the dealership. Adam explained our options and helped us find us an acceptable vehicle, and we put a deposit down. I am completely satisfied with Younger Toyota. I am not completely satisfied with Toyota. The options I want are not available without a significant increase in price, and I had to take options I don't want to get the basic truck I wanted. Toyota should take guidance from Younger, and concentrate on the customer, not what packages can be added to increase profits as much as possible without losing the customer. More
