My experience with Younger Toyata was once again superb, I had previously purchased another vehicle from them and that experience was also simple, smooth and most of all HONEST. I'm glad to give a review of my most recent experience at Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off wi Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off with the intention of buying a car. Younger was the fifth dealership that day. Rick introduced himself, was interested in what I was looking for and VERY patient. Over the course of roughly 2 and a half hours I test drove either 5 or 6 cars. He was a great guy to work with, knowledgable and friendly. When I decided I'd found the car that was just right for me (Toyota Avalon) Rick walked me through everything. The facility is really nice, very customer oriented. While I was working out the financing end of it all the car was washed and filled with gas. Rick was busy with something for a few minutes and another fellow came over and put the tags on the car for me. All in all it was a great experience, no pressure, just helpful pleasant assistance. Oh and one other thing, my girlfriend can't wait to schedule her manicure just as soon as it's time to get the oil changed in her Highlander! More

When I met with Eddie Howlett, I had not purchased a car for 15 years so I was pretty nervous. I could not have picked anyone better than Eddie to assist me. Buying a new car is a really BIG deal and I could not have asked for a better partner in this endeavor. This is my third Toyota from Younger and I've always been happy with my purchase but this was by far my best buying experience, because of Eddie. Having bought 2 prior vehicles from Younger Toyota, I had no doubt that I would receive excellent service again. I checked out both the GMC Sierra and the Fort F-150, but when I drove the Tundra, I knew tha no doubt that I would receive excellent service again. We were very happy with the staff at Younger Toyota. We were waited on promptly. Alex Swope was friendly, helpful and efficient. He listened to our needs and addressed our financial concerns. All of our questions about our vehicle were answered and we were told more than once that if we had any additional questions or concerns to call or visit the dealership. Each person that we spoke was very efficient at his or her job and we moved through the process in a timely fashion. The dealership itself is clean, attractive and well-maintained. We were offered refreshments and the waiting area is comfortable and pleasant. By observing attitudes of the various customers, it was obvious to us that Younger was serving the public well. We have not had any service done to the vehicle as of yet, but we feel sure that when we do, it will be a pleasant experience. We also like the way in which the dealership has kept in touch with us and is concerned about our satisfaction with the product. We have told our family and friends how impressed we were with the dealership and would not hesitate to recommend Younger Toyota to anyone. More

I rated my experience very bad since I received a promotional letter stating I would receive 125% of the value of my tradein, a 2006 Mitzubishi. I received the value and someone in the dealership promptly wrote up that amount on the tradein offsetting the 125% promised. They stated about $3,000 to fix up the vehicle that never had an accident was only 3 1/2 years old and taken excellent care of, with 26,000 miles. It was a cheap trick. It was not my salesman's, Jesse Torreyson, fault. He treated me great. Someone in the back office did not. I am a 62 year old male, CFO of an organization in Hagerstown, Md. More
