My wife and I were in the market for a new Toyota RAV4. After submitting a pricing request online via the Younger Toyota website, I was contacted by Jesse by both phone and email. Jesse was able to beat the price that another dealership had quoted me on the vehicle by $200. They didn't have the color we wanted, so they arranged to have a car delivered to my exact needs in less than 24 hours. Jesse is perhaps one of the most polite and respectful salespeople that I have ever dealt with. I have never heard "please" and "thank you" used so many times in one conversation! The whole process was very relaxed and I never felt like I was being pressured. He and the rest of the Younger team clearly have a genuine interest in fulfilling the needs of the customer. The showroom is immaculate and it even has a Wii gaming system and numerous big screen TVs if you get bored while waiting for your car to get serviced! We were pleased when he asked us only if he could help us find what we were looking for or answer any questions. His manner was very friendly and never pushy. We described what we were after, and he showed us several vehicles that matched our search. He was very informative and gained our trust by showing interest in our needs and not just a sale. After narrowing our choices to two vehicles, he allowed us to drive the cars. When we returned, he was available and able to answer other questions.
