We described what we were after, and he showed us several vehicles that matched our search. He was very informative and gained our trust by showing interest in our needs and not just a sale. After narrowing our choices to two vehicles, he allowed us to drive the cars. When we returned, he was available and able to answer other questions. His knowledge of the vehicles and his description of Younger Toyota's services and reputation cinched the deal. We purchased a 2006 Avalon right there without looking any further.
