On Thursday, May 28th I took my 2009 Camry into Younger Toyota of Hagerstown for an oil change. I left my car there and took advantage of the free shuttle service to my place of work. I was contacted later in the day about some filters that needed replaced and all of my questions were answered. I picked my car up after work and was very satisfied with the friendly and competent service. I even got $10 off using a coupon from my last visit. In response to a qiestion I had regarding a particular service item, Mr. Curtis arranged to have my vehicle picked up at my residence(approximately 25 miles from the Younger dealership) and had the servic service item, Mr. Curtis arranged to have my vehicle picked up at my residence(approximately 25 miles from the Younger dealership) and had the service performed at no charge. You can't get a better price than that. Additional unrelated work was performed on my vehicle also at no charge. The vehicle was then returned with no action required on my part. Before the service was performed, I was contacted by the unnamed person above(a female) to schedule for pick up of my vehicle. This person, whose name I did not record, was extremely courteous and accommodating. Her goal was to do whatever was necessary to satisfy me; I had no doubt of that. The same could be said for Mr. Curtis who OK'ed all of the benefits I received. Mr. Neiderer called me in advance of having my vehicle returned to inform me of what had been done and to let me know when it would be returned. A lot of dealers take your car into their shop, then just expect you to get lost for the rest of the day...even for minor work ! That is not the case with Younger. They have addressed the needs of the wai expect you to get lost for the rest of the day...even for minor work ! That is not the case with Younger. They have addressed the needs of the waiting customer with a very comfortable waiting area, providing Wifi service, food, drink, television and all the comforts of home....and now even a pool table. They update you on the car's progress and finally wash the car before they give it back to you. If you do need to leave, they have alternatives to offer regarding transportation. We purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla-S in October, and a 2010 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in May. We have purchased five new vehicles in the past ten years from Younger Toyota, and the experience is always the same; everyone at Younger goes out of their way to delight the customer. The service department is wonderful, and the sales staff is professional and very knowledgeable of their vehicles. They all use a no pressure approach to sales. The management team takes a genuine interest in their customers and their staff. I am always delighted when dealing with Younger Toyota, both during and after purchasing my new vehicle. I reiterate that this experience and every experience at Younger is GREAT! More

When we looked at Younger Toyota, we saw just what we were looking for when a sales person, Ken Murphy, approached us,we were pleased when he asked us only if he could help us find what we were looking for or answer any questions his manner was very friendly and never pushy. We showed him the car we were looking at he was very informative and gained our trust by showing interest in our needs and not just a sale. He allowed us to drive the car and when we returned, he was available and able to answer other questions. His knowledge of the vehicles and his description of Younger Toyota's services and reputation cinched the deal. We are very grateful to Ken Murphy and Younger Toyota for such a pleasant experience and recommend Ken Murphy and Younger Toyota to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

My wife & I are from NY and we went to Toyota dealers trying to obtain a certain vehicle with a particular drive train. We had difficulty with dealers in NY going out-of-state to locate a vehicle and we were told that they wouldn't take our vehicle as a trade. Younger is a family owned and operated business and we were taken care of in every respect. Not only was a vehicle located out-of-state, but Younger also took our vehicle in trade with a fair value agreed upon by both parties. All of the dealings were done by our salesman, Pat Herbert. Pat introduced us to the service manager, Parts dept. manager, business office and financial officers. He made us very comfortable in settling a price. My wife and I have bought our travel trailer out-of-state from a family owned & operated business and we find that with Younger we have been more than satisfied with the process of obtaining a new car. We will continue to take our beusiness to family owned businesses as they care more and are willing to please the customer - which I think has been lost over the years. Thank again Pat Herbert for treating us like family in our recent purchase. We will be back! More
