The overall service was great, but the cost was unexpected. When I purchased the Certified Preowened Tacoma I was informed I would receive Free Oil Changes for the life of the vehicle. However I ha unexpected. When I purchased the Certified Preowened Tacoma I was informed I would receive Free Oil Changes for the life of the vehicle. However I had to Pay $34.20 to cover the difference between standard oil and Mobil 1 which the original owners chose to use. I was not informed of this policy during purchase, and the sales person should have known because there was a Mobil 1 sticker under the hood. Thanks, Jim JENBAR LLC More

Came in for my first oil change on a 2010 Prius. It took two phone calls to set up an appointment because they were pretty busy, but they were able to accomodate my schedule. Getting the car into the service area couldn't be easier, you pull up to the garage door, it opens, you pull in, talk to a service rep, and proceed to the customer waiting area. The waiting area is VERY nice. Free wi-fi, a Wii for the kids (big or small), free coffee/beverages, free pastries (I think they offer free hotdogs later in the day), etc. The service was done fairly quickly with no problems. The only thing they didn't do was the free car wash that was supposed to come with the service. They probably didn't do it because it was raining, but the car had a bunch of bugs on the hood that I was hoping they would get rid of for me. More

John Lowry, ensured that the whole process ran smoothly, and took care of having my trade-in vehicle properly appraised. I currently own a 2008 Toyota Prius with 90K miles on it. I drive about 1000 miles per week so proper maintenance is essential to keeping my car up to the task. I choose Younger Toyota for all of my service needs because I have been a customer now since the year 2000 and they have earned my trust as a dealership as well as a great service provider. As for service, they are by far the best I've ever had when it comes to cars. Since I work in Washington DC, finding time to schedule car service is really hard and I usually have a small window to work with but they always fit me in somehow even at times when I call and request service the same day. I called in and scheduled my service as usual. Later I got an e-mail notification that my appointment was locked in. You can also make appointments via the Younger website which is great when you are at work and don't feel like calling or you don't want others listening to you schedule car service. Apron arrival to the Younger service bay I'm always greeted with a happy and very professional service team. They get me in quick and make sure they understand exactly what service I am requesting. Next I'm presented an awesome waiting area complete with an upscale atmosphere, free food and drinks, nice soft chairs, flat screen TV, and a separate kids section to keep the little ones happy while you wait. Once the service is complete the most important thing, as we all know, is how much! I can tell you I never have to worry about the costs being too high! For me, my last service was a simple oil change. It was about $28. Yes, I could go to a "Lube" shop but by going to Younger I get the piece of mind I deserve because I know that a factory trained technician has inspected my engine while changing the oil and will also tell me about any issues they may find. And after all this they also take the time to wash my car at no extra cost. I'm very happy with the service I get at Younger Toyota and recommend them 100% to anyone who may be interested! Rob D. I took in my 1988 MR2 to have the cable that opens the trunk replaced. While it was there I asked Jason to have the supercharger fluid changed and to have the whole car checked out. The recommendation was to have brakes flushed and fluid changed as well as drain and replace the manual transmission fluid. While checking out the rest of the car they found that both of the rear tie rods were bent. All the parts were ordered and installed. After the tie rods were installed they discovered all of the alignment parameters were completly wrong and corrected them. After I picked up the car I still had a problem with the trunk opening. When I took it back Jason personally determined that the lock needed adjustment and fixed it himself. Throughout the entire process (5 business days)Jason kept me updated with the status of the work, the costs, and when it would be completed. I am very satisfied with the work done at Younger Toyota. More

I was greeted upon arrival and immediately shown the hybrids that were available. I did a test drive of several cars and decided to purchase a hybrid that was reduced $2000.00. While I was answering questions with the finance employee, the salesperson filled up my gas tank, applied temporary tags and did everything necessary to prepare my car so it would be ready and waiting when I had completed the paperwork. I also got a great interest rate (2.9%) and also free oil changes, car washes etc. Phil reviewed the car controls and when I had a question the next day about one of the settings, I called Phil and he was able to answer all my questions. The whole process was quick and efficient. My daughter will need a car in the very near future and I will return to this dealership and salesperson. More
The vehicle that we had made a deal on could not be located and had to wait on delivery from factory. Toyota's production was behind on this particular vehicle. went in with a flat tire. did not see any problem spots. it was sat. june 5 around 11 1130 tech said he looked at my tire. inflated to 50lbs pressure and ran through water and didn't see any problem spots it was sat. june 5 around 11 1130 tech said he looked at my tire. inflated to 50lbs pressure and ran through water and didn't see any problem spots no leaks. put soap. still no leaks. also requested to have my oil changed. as well. assumed it was done right. went home and went out in my wife's van thank god because came home 4- 5 hours later and tire was flat again. of course toyta was closed. so monday called and told bruce what happened informed me I would have to call bf goodrich about possible warranty issue since they didn't see the problem. went to duncan brothers on dual hwy. in hagerstown watched as the tech inflated tire to 40lbs pressure and placed in water to my surprise when he hit the problem spot bubbles came flying out. and discoved rather a good sized hole in center of tire tread.. Can't believe if the tech did his job at toyota he didn't see this. problem. becuase thank god I didn't take my truck out that saturday afternoon after visiting toyota where I was told it was fine. because I would have been changing a tire on the side of a highway or worse could have blown my tire and had an accident. I think the tech was just in a big hurry due to the time and day of problem and didn't take time to do his job. I don't know if he even changed my oil properly or just put a new sticker on my window. don't know if I could trust toyota for these types of issues again. Not to mention I paid only $18 for duncon brothers to fix the problem toyota wanted $30. More
