Our salesman, Rick King, was very knowledgable about the 2008 Prius we bought. He was very friendly and sensitive to our needs as far as a car and monthly payment goes. I would very much recommend Younger Toyota and I am very glad I took a bit of a drive to get there. I went from looking around, wanting to see how something with high MPG and hoping for performance..., and after a day of driving the car I am completely impressed! The thing drives like a sports car, especially with the "Power" setting put on, but add in the engine braking feature, and 50MPG + free oil and 100% coverage for the entire lease period; plus, tons of room (I emptied my mostly full Tacoma trade-in and everything, two tents, coolers, three kayak paddles, two shovels, a big cot, chair, much more..., it all fit (if just barely)!! Great experience and thanks again to Pat for a no pressure/hype/or xx interaction. My next lease will very likely be with the same dealership thanks to him and all of the nice/helpful people he introduced me too (everyone I'll need for service/help in the future). More
I recently purchased my Prius and this was my first experience with service. It was a regularly scheduled oil and filter change. Upon inspection of my car during the maintenance the mechanic found that experience with service. It was a regularly scheduled oil and filter change. Upon inspection of my car during the maintenance the mechanic found that a mouse had taken up residence in my air filter. My service representative delicately explained what had happened, showed me the damage this little critter had caused and then described what needed to be done to repair the damage. Bill was courteous, kept me informed of the progress and the work was completed in a very timely fashion while I waited. More

Having made appt. for this oil change by phone, service was instructed my daughter was bringiing vehicle in for service, " Please Assist her" . When My daughter arrived Service charged her for the Oil change and did not even mention coverage we had used for every service appt prior since 2008 and summarily charged $34.83. Please remit these charges to our home address on record. Realizing our personnel get busy, oversights do happen, however, we did pay for a Service up front and it appears no record is kept @ Service to assist in situations as mentioned above. Kindly understand we would like to continue utililzing Younger Toyota for all our car needs. Please take care of this promptly and maintain our confidence in your business. I have a classic (hot rod) 1955 Oldsmobile that I was cruising the lots with looking for a selection of new trucks to choose from. Guess the other dealers had some preconceived notion that I wouldn't be serious about a new vehicle unless I was in something that looked like a trade in. Pulled into Younger Toyota at closing time and a salesman asked if he could assist me. Went for literature per my selection request and I said I'd be back during the next day during regular hours. After seeing about all my concerns about the vehicle, I'm always welcomed to the waiting area. Coffee, donuts and pastries, bottled water, other beverages free to settle into the lounge area to read and watch television. Hot dogs, and treats from Quiznos are added for the lunch crowd. If they didn't have such fast service, including a car wash, I felt like I could spend the day in comfort. More
