On 7/19/2010, my wife and myself, went to Younger Toyota to see about trading in our 2002 Sienna. We were assisted by Jesse Torreyson, sales and leasing rep. He was very kind and professional about the way he did his job, and the way we were treated as customers. He explained every aspect about buying vs. leasing, and the pros and cons of each. We chose a vehicle, and he did everthing he could to make sure that we were satisifed whith the choise we made, and the way we chose to purchse the vehicle. He explained the whole processe and had us in a new vehicle fast and happy. Jesse is professional, well spoken, and treats his customers with respect. My husband and I are both 100% service connected disabled veterans. We had chosen our 2008 Toyota Sienna when we lived in Texas because it was easily adaptable for our needs. One of the things that we absolutely need is cruise control. Our Sienna came with dynamic cruise control. About six months ago the cruise control went out while we were on the highway. This rendered the vehicle absolutely useless for my husband (an amputee). We went to the nearest Toyota dealer (not Younger) who accused us of doing something to damage it (we did not) and said that it voided our warranty. They told us that it would cost us $1800 dollars to repair. We really needed the repair so the VA prosthetics department said go ahead and they would pay for it, but that dealer would not deal with the VA in the way that the government wanted the bill. I contacted another dealer who gave us the same xxxx and bull story. I contacted Toyota to file a complaint. They gave the two dealers three days to respond to the complaint. They never did. Finally, I went to Younger Toyota and Bruce Christensen, who I knew from previous conversations did not have the $2000 tool to make the repairs. I was practically in tears. He called around to see if he could borrow the tool. No one would lend it. Finally he and the mechanic figured a way to make the repair without the tool. It was fixed under warranty. It took awhile, but they got it done. We are eternally grateful and have notified the VA so that they can refer other disabled vets. Younger Toyota will have our business for the rest of our lives. Kudos to Bruce. He is our hero. Thanks More

I just purchased a 2009 Toyota corolla from Rick King at younger. This was my first time buying a car of my own and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Rick was very helpful and nice. Two years ago we purchased a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited at an extremely great price from Younger Toyota. Unfortunately, I had an accident and the vehicle was totaled. The great news is that my son and I walked away with only minor scratches and bruises. Needless to say we felt very safe in our Toyota. After the accident we went straight to Younger and were greeted by a very busy Ken Murphy. We explained to him what we were looking for and he pointed us to a 2006 4Runner. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and anwered all questions without hesitation or assistance. He was never pushy and did everything to accomodate us on this very busy evening. He delivered on several perks he offered without any reminding. He is an exceptional salesperson. We had the opportunity to again receive the Younger for Life free oil changes which is a great offer. My only complaint is that I NEVER waited for the oil change for less than one and a half hours...that's with an appointment. It's almost a deterrent from using this service when you can go to jiffy lube and have the same service in 15-20 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable, but it just isn't how I want to spend an entire afternoon. More
Writing a review of Younger Motorcars is indeed my pleasure. I have had complete trust in this dealership since my first purchase of an auto from them in the 80's. I have returned to Younger again and again (and only Younger) since that time. They have been loyal, trustworthy and have always stood behind their word during these past 30 years. My most recent purchase of an auto (July 2nd) I had the pleasant experience of doing business with sales representative, Jesse Torreyson. He is the true example of what any elderly female could only hope for in an auto sales representative. Jesse was very knowledgeable of his product, very professional in all aspects of the transaction, friendly, yet quiet and reserved --- in no way your high pressure salesperson! What a wonderful ending to an ordeal that most women dread to encounter - especially in their "beyond prime of life" years. Thank you Jesse and thank you Younger Motorcars. More
