I met Joe over 2 years ago when he helped me with choosing my Prius. He is always here and says hi when I am in for service. When Ibought it, Joe answered all of my questioins and made me comfortab choosing my Prius. He is always here and says hi when I am in for service. Historically, we have had trouble with the sales manager of the used car department (John & Jeremy). It was so bad, that we refused to ever go back. That is why when my husband went to buy his new Camry, of the used car department (John & Jeremy). It was so bad, that we refused to ever go back. That is why when my husband went to buy his new Camry, he went to a place 50 miles away. However, when I was ready to buy a new car, and trade my old one in, we had an estimate done on it at the other car place, and at Younger. In fact, I reluctantly took it to Younger, fully expecting to be given the run-around because of my gender (as I often am at dealerships). What I found, however, was a different scenario. Not only were the associates (all of them in new car sales, esp. Mark, Jesse, Greg, and Ken) very helpful, but they were also honest. They gave me the best deal on a car, and were so kind and helpful to us. It was the best experience we have ever had at any car dealership for anything. I would highly recommend going to Younger Toyota for a new car, or used (avoid the used car manager, John and Jeremy). Younger is more than helpful, and were great to do business with. They really do take care of their customers. And Younger for Life is just brilliant. My husband and I will be doing business with Younger Toyota for a very long time to come. More

After spending two days looking at different vehicles, we met Joe. Friendly and helpful, he took our needs, an inexpensive SUV with all wheel drive and made suggestions. I met Mr Jacobs when my wife and I were in for service. We told him we were looking for another car to use for my wides commute. The Camry is what we left with and we love the mpgs and all the space it has. Joe was very concerned with our needs and what we really wanted. His ability to listen to find out our needs and then suggest what he feels will be the best car for that situation is something that make him the great salesperson that he his. We never felt rushed and he was able to answer any questions we had about the car as well as the dealership. Since the purchase of the car we have taken it back for service and the service department matches the knowledge and professionalism that we found in Jesse. When I am in the market for another car I will definitely go back to Younger Toyota. More

My husband and I was not approched immediately which was nice. When William came out he was overly friendly and just casually asked and got all the information that he needed to fit us to the vehicle that nice. In a matter of 3 hrs my husband and I traded in our vehicle and rolled out of the parking lot with a 2011 Sienna. Over the years we have purchased several new vehicles but we have never been as impressed with the dealership and the salesmen as we were today. Willam Martin was very pleasant not pushy and was very willing to work with us. I was suprised that we were given a tour of the dealership and all the extras that they offer such as a comfortable service waiting area, free hot dogs, pizza, subs, slushies, WiFi hookup, pool table, and a tv area for the kids while you wait. This is the first Toyota ever owned and wished the rating was higher than great because we'ld give it an exceptional and an excellant rating. This will not be the last time we deal with Younger.
