I arranged for my 2010 Prius to receive 15,000 mile servicing. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time of my choosing within a week of having called. The service work was completed promptl servicing. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time of my choosing within a week of having called. The service work was completed promptly, less than one hour, and the dealership replaced my oil with synthetic oil that only requires changing every 10,000 miles. The waiting room was clean, food and drink is provided, there are big screen TVs to entertain, and comfortable work areas to do work on a laptop. Everyone was very friendly. All in all, an outstanding experience. More

Asked for price online, got no quote but asked to come in. Wrote that I was very busy that week, could they provide me with a quote. Again just got email replies asking me to come in for test drive. Replied that I could come in that weekend for a test drive if the price was decent, could they please send me a price quote. Again they replied with "When can you come in for a test drive?" After this I will never step foot on their sales lot. More

We parked in the service bay, and the lady working immediately called me to her desk and provided me with a service paper that had my name on it (I hadn't even identified myself yet. I was impressed.). She was extremely polite and friendly. She then asked that we have a seat in the service department waiting area. While there, we ate complimentary Quiznos Subs, hot dogs, popcorn, and drank a complimentary slushy. We also watched their bigscreen television! The appointment was over by 12:00, which was faster than expected. The time alotted for the maintenance was 1 hour. Younger Toyota Service Dept. gets an A+ for the first service on our new car. More
Tim was great with us with the purchase of our 2008 Altima. He explained all of the service features on the car and was a joy to deal with. We had been to other dealers and my wife was really turned Altima. He explained all of the service features on the car and was a joy to deal with. We had been to other dealers and my wife was really turned off with the used car process. We were getting lines that you would hear in movies from "reputable" dealers. We test drove the car and Tim explained anything and everything about the Altima and really put my wife at ease. He also left us alone to discuss the car and look at it as opposed to the "hard sell" we experienced at some other places. I would recommend Tim and Younger to anyone. More

We ended up buying within our price range, but it was a car with more options we liked. We had some good conversations with John since we had some mutual friends and he never seemed rushed with us. Rick was patient and answered all of our questions. Every time I called his cell phone, he picked it right up and was always helpful. Overall it was a great, painless experience and we would definitely go there again. More
Pat made shopping for a vehicle a dream. After being at the Mitsubishi dealer down the road and experiencing a high pressure salesman Pat was a relief. He let us drive what ever we asked to drive. He helped us by giving his option but did not demand that we do what he wanted. He only guided us with knowledge and experience. Through the several hours there looking and searching for just that special vehicle Pat had offered us bottle water, popcorn and other refreshments to keep us going. At one point, my girlfriend Renee had asked him if they had soda, he immediately went and got us both one. She had pointed out that he had gotten them from his own money in his wallet. I must say that growing up 25 years as a car salesman's son and being around the car business, I have never seen any salesman take money out of his own pocket to get a customer anything. Then after we decided what we wanted he worked hard (on his day off I might mention) with others at the dealer to search out and follow up on the vehicle that we wanted. During the closing of the sale he was very attentive to our questions and went immediately to get answers if he didn't have them. With all of our "quirky" requests I bet he wore at least one pair of shoes out running back and forth, here and there to get with others to get answers to them. Everyone at Younger Toyota was more than helpful and pleasant to work with. From the Finance lady, to the Managers and the cashier, everyone was the BEST! Kudos out to Mr Younger and his staff for a very pleasant car purchasing experience. Pat, from a personal note, thank you buddy. You did a GREAT JOB! More
Jesse Torreyson did a very good job with me purchasing my Scion TC. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He had an answer to most every question I had and if he didn't have the answer he went and f Scion TC. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He had an answer to most every question I had and if he didn't have the answer he went and found one for me. He gave me all the information for my purchase that he is allowed to up front, for instance APR percentages up front, he let me look at the Scion websites just so i could make sure that what he was telling was true and had no complaints about me asking to do so. He was not in a hurry making it where things went at my pace as they should. He walked me around the car showing everything that the dealership had installed so i knew exactly what i was buying. He had alot of enthusiasm for his job so it wasn't as though i was talking to someone who absolutely hates there job, not saying he hates his job I don't know that answer, talking to someone who hates there job always makes for a more streeful enviroment. Overall it was my best experience in dealership enviroment and this was car purchase number two. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Jesse Torreyson as a sales representative to anyone who asked me. More
I "heart" Younger Toyota!!! There dealership is first rate. From sales to service, they know what makes a customer happy. The waiting room is totally designed for customer comfort, from wifi and several televisions to drinks and snacks, waiting for service is NO PROBLEM. They are efficient and courteous. And most of all it is clean! We bougtht our first Toyota(a Sienna) out of state and then this last February we purchased our second(a Camry) at Younger. Of course, the one purchased at Younger gets free oil changes for life! How great is that? Sure wish we had known that when we bought the van. Oil changes for life, Customer for life, can't beat that, huh? More
I took my Prius in for an oil change. Service personnel were friendly andn helpful. The waiting area was chock full of snacks, food and refreshments while I waited for my car. My car was finished sooner than expected. I was treated respectfully and not as a burden. I would strongly consider buying my next car from Younger Toyota. More
