Tim, there was no reason for our mistake (other than an oversight) and I'm truly sorry you had this not so great experience. We commend you for using synthetic oil in your truck. Most people use conventional oil so unless we have a note or the customer lets us know - it can be an easy oversight. Either way we take full responsibility and again apologize for this mishap. Thanks for your patience and allowing us the extra time to get the synthetic oil in your truck.
