I was very pleased with the quickness of this oil change. But I did have a vibration that needed to be addressed, so my mom and I were shuttled to Bob Evans for lunch while this was done. Great! The service department was helpful and ensured that I got what I needed for my car. I was a bit disappointed with how long it took for my car to be serviced because I was told it would take 2 hours if dropp what I needed for my car. While I happened to be in Hagerstown I visited this dealer requesting to take care about re-call notice by Toyota, Even though I did not had recall notice with me this service agent offered to take car dealer requesting to take care about re-call notice by Toyota, Even though I did not had recall notice with me this service agent offered to take care of it and also offered courtesy ride to my work if needed. Upon my request he also fit my 90,000 mile service between their busy schedule while fully explaining what needs to be taken care and also next service due in future. He personally followed up with servicing shop to make sure that work was done as soon as possible, while I opted to wait as I had to go back home 50 miles away. While I was waiting I was offered courtesy coffee, Bagel & cheese along with a large verity of snacks hot sausages, pop corn and cold drinks...a very good experience of hospitality. Waiting area was very comfortable and divided for young and small kids plus breakfast bar like sitting arrangements. Once my car was ready he personally came to me and again appreciate for waiting and explain work done along with charges and walk along to the cashier pointing out where my car was parked and ready for my next Business and pleasure trips. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jim Hebb at the Used Car Center. Jim was so patient as we had our two young children with us and made us feel very comfortable with the entire car buyin Hebb at the Used Car Center. Other salesmen even helped entertain the girls by giving them balloons from the parking lot. Unfortunately, we were not able to take the vehicle home the same evening, but we were welcomed with open arms the following day when it was all ready to go. We loved being able to take home a brand new iPad that evening as an incentive with our purchase. I appreciate that Jim took the time to listen to our needs for a family van and wasn't quick to push what he had available on the lot. With the help of his supervisor, Jim gave us a great deal and an experience of true class. We will be happy to return to Younger in the future. More
My wife and I stopped in to look at a 2004 Toyota RAV4 that we had found by searching online with Yahoo Autos. Ken Murphy met us in the parking lot almost immediately and asked if he could help us. Ken is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had an accurate answer to every question we had and was quick to satisfy all our needs. We decided to buy the RAV 4 not only because it was a certified used car that was in excellent shape for a good price, but because Ken Murphy did not fit the negative stereotypical mold of a "Used Car Salesman". I am personally very knowledgeable about cars as I used to race at Raceway Park and Elko Speedway in Minnesota. I am also very familiar with current technologies due to my work in Networking, Systems Analysis, and Internet Security. Due to my experience I know that Ken Murphy is exactly what I look for in a user car salesman. He's not pushy or condescending and he doesn't try to pull any fast-ones or use any sort of double talk that is associated with the previously mentioned negative stereotype. I can shop anywhere for a car. I can get a very similar price at any dealership because I am confident in my ability to haggle if the need arises. I will not buy a car from someone that tries to jerk me around in any way, because as the customer I always have the upper hand. I seek out excellent customer service and when I find it I spend my hard earned money. Ken Murphy is an excellent provider of customer service. I will buy another car from him in the future. Younger Toyota provided exceptional service to me on 10/14/2010. The service department fit me in when I had what I considered an emergency. He was knowlegable and courteous, and I left feeling confident that the problem was resolved and that my Forerunner was safe to drive. I will definitely return for service, and if I were to purchase a new vehicle, I would consider Younger Toyota first. I really enjoy the comfortable customer waiting area at Younger Toyota. I was impressed by the fact that there is an area for children, a welcome item for parents that must sit and wait with small children for their vehicle. More
