I was under the impression that I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told for the first time that the oil would be changed only every 10,000 miles because of the synthetic oil be an oil change and tire rotation. I was told for the first time that the oil would be changed only every 10,000 miles because of the synthetic oil being used. News to me. I felt very uninformed about my purchase. My appointment was for 9:00am, appointment? does that mean anything to Younger. It took them an hour to rotate my tires. Donuts and coffee and little treats just don't cut it when you are on a very busy schedule yourself. I'm on my time schedule not Youngers. More
Cindi was very helpful with the service for my truck. My truck was clean when I pick it up. I just came in for an oil change and had a coupon so I had a $17.00 savings which is always good. Brakes, fluids, etc. etc. I've suggested it before to you, but you still don't do this. DAR CARS (Toyota) in Buckeystown, Maryland does have a check out sheet, but I don't happen to like their service or their waiting area. So I travel over 20 miles one way to come up for your good service. More
I live 40 minutes away from the dealership in Hagerstown but overall the experience was not too bad. They had to keep my car overnight so they allowed me to rent a car to get home and then back the next mor but overall the experience was not too bad. I purchased 4 Michelin tires and was promised a $60 rebate but when I got there to pay for the servicing Jason was not present and I recieved no paperwork for the rebate. When I shopped for a new used car I looked at the ratings for Younger and they were not good for service. I took a chance and bought my car here anyway. I have been nicely surprised. I have no complaints at all. I usually make my appointment on line which is great. They always send reminders - also great. The young people in the service department are always professional and courteous and do what needs to be done. Thank you Younger Toyota I love my Rav4. More
My car orginally was brought in to have a back windshield put in due to a defect in the antena. When my car was returned to me, it had a putrid smell. When I opened my trunk, it was saturated with water and put in due to a defect in the antena. When my car was returned to me, it had a putrid smell. When I opened my trunk, it was saturated with water and my back seats and floor board were wet, it had rained heavly during the 4 days it was at the dealership. The window was improperly installed. My carpet and belongings in my trunk were covered with mold and mildew, which I'm allergic to. I was very upset! I've had 4 other windshields replaced in prior vehicles that I've owned and NEVER had a problem with any of them leaking. New carpet was put in my trunk and the interior of my vehicle was shampooed. Needless to say, it lost the "new car" smell. More
