I had recall work done. The atmosphere is great and there are lots of amenities to keep you busy while you are waiting. Since my service was taking 3 hours and I drove an hour to get there I asked if there are lots of amenities to keep you busy while you are waiting. Since my service was taking 3 hours and I drove an hour to get there I asked if there was a shuttle to shopping. Reply was yes and that the shuttle would be right there. It took an hour to finally get the shuttle driver to take me. Apparently the regular driver was on a long distance run. (probably shouldn't use the shuttle for long distance trips). So by the time I got to shopping, I only had about 1 hour and 15 mins of my three hour wait to shop. When my car was finished, it was parked outside. It looked like other cars were brought inside through the large drive through bay and customers got to retrieve their cars there. It was pouring down the rain outside so it was more of an issue. As I waited the first hour I saw customers coming and going through that bay and thought that was a great idea. Then my car was left outside. When I got in it, it smelled of grease and had the plsatic seat cover and paper floor mat still in it. I took those off and had no where to throw them away since it was pouring down the rain. As I sat there, I reminded myself that this is why I waited so long to get the recall work done. You are really trying to make it a great experience, but it is not quite there yet. The hour wait, the reduced shopping time and the car parked in the rain made for a frustrating visit. Makes me question about buying from a dealer that is an hour from where I live. More

Bill Martin quickly replied and said they had the exact model/options I was looking for, and quickly went straight to the bottom line. Of all of the dealerships who were able to find the offer the same trim package and options (about 6 others), Younger had the lowest price. Bill was terrific to deal with, and I would definitely recommend him and Younger Toyota. More
Automatic entrance to service. Was greeted pleasantly. Reviewed the mainainence work to be completed and was advised of the cost (plus tax). Went into the comfortable waiting lounge. Work completed in an hour (estimated time was 1 1/2 hours). In a very full waiting room I observed other associate contact with customers which seemed to be appropriate and professional. this is our third car/truck from Younger and we keep coming back! they are awesome and do not play the "game". We so appreicated that. we were in and out in less than 3 hours! I made an appointment in advance for a simple oil and filter change. I was checked in and my vehicle taken to the service bay. An hour and a half later Cindy told me it was finished. There were no updates or explanations during my wait for why a 30 minute job was taking so long (she did apologize in the end). That's unacceptable! If you want to service this vehicle again (we have a platinum Toyota warranty good for another 45K miles) you're going to have to do better. I will not tell my friends to go to Younger when they can get service elsewhere - in less time and probably for less money too. Christine M. King More

Painful is maybe the best way to describe the hit to my wallet and aggravation of having to visit the dealership too many times (5 or 6 visits) in the last 24 months. In the last 24 months I have put just wallet and aggravation of having to visit the dealership too many times (5 or 6 visits) in the last 24 months. In the last 24 months I have put just over 14k miles on my Highlander but have put more that $3k in repairs and maintenance costs. A breakdown of that mileage is about 21 miles a day or 147 miles per week or 588 miles per month. I think I have the right to be aggravated about this. I purchased an extended warranty to 100k miles but now have 114k miles so now it is my liability. Last year this car broke down out of town requiring a tow to the nearest dealership to be serviced. This past Monday, the vehicle had repairs costing more that $1,600. This is on top of all the preventative maintenance costs that are done on time and at full price at the dealership service center. I have too little time to deal with this vehicle and dealership. Here is what makes me laugh. I asked for some help with the cost of this most recent repair considering my history. I was offered a 5% discount. I had received a 10% coupon discount on repairs in the monthly flier. That is weak in my opinion. Bottom line, I will go to my other car's dealership and purchase another car from them as they have the reliability I need and service I think I deserve. More
Younger Toyota has always been a very friendly dealership from the time I purchased my vehicle to all of the routine services. Due to the mileage, my truck needed a new clutch and, as always, the service te from the time I purchased my vehicle to all of the routine services. Due to the mileage, my truck needed a new clutch and, as always, the service team really worked hard to make sure I would get my vehicle back as quickly as possible. Cindi was my assigned service representative and she even called me a couple of times during the two days it was in the shop to let me know the status of the repair. Cindi explained the need for the various parts and even found a coupon that I could use to help reduce the overall service repair. I look forward to many years of buying and servicing my vehicles at Younger Toyota. Thank you again! More
The appointment was easy to set up, all staff were friendly and knew my name and what I wanted when I arrived. In the background another customer had a problem with a repair related to an insurance check that Younger had not received for the repair and the staff worked quickly with her to release the car, even though they didn't have the full payment (that tells me you care a lot about your customers and that you are flexible and concerned for people). As to price I have a coupon book/maintenance agreement so routine maintenance is already paid for and you have been flexible with costs of other work when it has had to be done. More
