In addition, I had my Corolla oil change and inspected for other problems. At the customer waiting room/area, I enjoyed the comforts of WiFi network, television and free breakfast. Rhonda very friendly,professional.Offered rental car. Appt for recall/oil change. Venza there from 9-4pm. I was told 1.5 hours to complete. After having car 7 hours,still wasnt washed. Last oil change they didn't have time to wash it. I was disappointed with length of time it took to finish recall and didn't get the car wash with the oil change as my Younger For Life program offers. I have purchased many vehicles from Younger over the years and will continue to do so. This experience has no bearing on my opinion of the dealership. More

The folks at Younger Toyota are so super friendly and courteous; I actually don't mind taking my vehicle in for servicing!! There is a great group of people there that seem to work very well together an courteous; I actually don't mind taking my vehicle in for servicing!! I did ask on my service request to have my tires balanced....maybe this is always done when the tires are rotated, but there is nothing on my receipt stating the tires were balanced. I also asked for my battery to be checked and I'm not sure if that actually happened or not either. More
