Three months ago, I moved from Leesburg, VA. I had always used Leesburg Toyota for service. I tried the Toyota dealer in Chambersburg and was not happy. Thanks to my service advisor, Dan Higgins, my experience was excellent. He patiently explained what needed to be done and why. All Younger employees were pleasant and polite. This visit was quick, uneventful and presented no surprises. From entry to exit, I felt I was in good hands. My appointment was for routine maintenance and a minor problem. However, because I drive far less than the expected average number of miles, my maintenance requirementss do not fit the standard model. No problem, Mr. Curtis adjusted the recommended services to provide me what I needed to match my driving habits. My wait was minimal despite the fact that the dealership was very busy at the time. I gave that aspect of the service an excellent rating. I rated the quality of service only good because the service performed was not observable and possible to evaluate. However, the minor problem was such that I could determine whether it was corrrected or not. I found that it had been, at no charge. C. Peyton More
Bill Merriman was extremely professional and very helpful. The towing of my vehicle was hassle free and taken care of by Toyota. I should up about 10 minutes prior to my 1030 scheduled appointment. We greatly warmly by the lady checking the vehicles in and she was really nice. Should me were to sit to wait. The van had a water leak and smelled. Neither my wife or I was willing to even ride in it. The service folks found and corrected the cause but could not satisfy themselves that the smell could be cleaned f I was willing to even ride in it. The service folks found and corrected the cause but could not satisfy themselves that the smell could be cleaned form the carpet. I was very happy that they replaced the carpet and bleached the floor twice to kill the mold and mildew. They could have just tried to clean the carpet and pass it off but chose instead fix right. The van is a 2011 and cost a lot by my standards so I appreciate having it fixed right. More
I came in for the 30K Service on my Tundra...I wanted to add services that weren't required yet at this interval because I have driven the vehicle in severe driving conditions.
