Younger has performed all service on my Tundra since the purchase in May of 2009, they've always performed all services requested in the agreed upon time frame. The service department was great. They took the vehicle in on time and started to work on it right a way. Jason kept me informed as to what was being done to the vehicle and why. They fixed what was needed on the vehicle and did not make up problems like the dealership in Chambersburg. I watched the mechanic through the window at Younger and it looked like he knew what he was doing. That made me feel at ease. Although I had to wait five hours for the service to be completed, the waiting area made it comfortable and the food was nice to have. I purchased my Sequioa at Younger and plan to purchase more vehicles there in the future when the time comes. I will recommend Younger's sales and service to everyone I know. My wife and I were in the market to buy a new car. We all ready owned a 2003 Toyota Camry, so we considered ourselves loyal Toyota customers and decided to try Younger again. I then sent an email, to Younger through their website to get more information. Within minutes,Jesse R Torreyson responded with an invitation to speak with him regarding my needs. After speaking to Jesse on the phone, I made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival at the facility, Jesse immediately made me feel right at home. He was very professional, amiable, and caring. We discussed different options, he recommended a few that made the best value decision, and then let me decide. The entire 2 hours I was there, he did not make me feel pressured, alone, nor confused. I felt like I was talking with a friend. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Camry for my wife and the experience was perfect. I would not only recommend Younger Toyota, which I all ready do, but Jesse R Torreyson as a new car advisor any time! All in all the experience that I had at the dealership was great. The only thing that I wonder now is would it be possible that my issue that I am having with the car could be covered under the warranty was great. This dealership had a welcoming feel to it and Bill was very helpful. We were just shopping for trucks at the time and not ready to settle on the model. We decided to buy a 2011 Toyota Tacoma in November 2010 and since Bill had been very kind to us, Younger toyota was where we decided to buy our truck...We had a wonderful experience and we love our truck.. We bring our Toyota's back to Younger Toyota for service even though we live in Florida because of the friendliness and honesty of the employees. There are no major surprises. The waiting area is beyond compare. The drink and food offerings, the comfortable setting, free wifi, all help to make the experience go by very quickly. I am happy with the overall service I receive from Younger. However, I went in for a relatively simply service and ended up needing extra work done. I called my husband so that he knew what was being done and Jason spoke to him also. The work was done in a shorter time period so that was a nice surprise. More
