Younger Toyota has very nice and trustworthy people employed there. I have heard that if you go to some place for an oil change, they immediately find something wrong with you car and use the scare ta employed there. This doesn't happen at Younger Toyota. I am greeted by Ronda Green, my service manager, and she takes care of everything. I go inside and make myself at home. Younger has a coffee, sandwich bar with popcorn and other snakes. I really like the coffee bar. Thank you, Younger Toyota. Everyone is nice and very helpful. Jason was our service advisor. This is the second time I've interacted with him. He is friendly, professional and he treated me with respect when he answered some of the questions I had. The dealership was very customer oriented with free refreshments, comfortable seating areas and fostered a real friendly atmosphere. My vehicle was not ready on time, however Dan was quick to work on a solution so that I was not inconvenienced. I appreciate his extra effort to be sure my experience was satisfactory. I work in Hunt valley, MD and have taken my car to Bill Kidd's for service twice. It is much more convenient for me but I prefer to bring my car to Younger. Bill Martin did an excellent job in fixing us up with a prius. The price was very competitive and the trade in value for our old car was fair. I would return to Younger again without reservation. My name is Bob Pomponio and I recently (six months ago) purchased a 2005 4.7 Liter Toyota Tundra. This truck was originally sold and serviced at Younger Toyota of Hagerstown Maryland. I continued to have t purchased a 2005 4.7 Liter Toyota Tundra. This truck was originally sold and serviced at Younger Toyota of Hagerstown Maryland. I continued to have the vehicle service at Younger because of the great customer care I get from Rhonda Green , my service consultant. Younger Toyota is 75 miles north of my home. I drive drive 1 hour and 15 minutes each way to go to have my vehicle service. Younger provides me with a "Know your vehicle inspection & treatment plan" which explains the service performed. "Recommended Services" with costs they would recommend at my next visit and "Specification & Capacities" which provides me detailed information regarding my particular vehicle. I have never experienced the attention to detail and care from any other dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I understand why Younger Toyota has received the "Triple Crown Dealership".
