The entire staff was very friendly, they were not pushy as to trying to sell us something we did not want. Bill was great. He understood what it was we were accustomed to in a vehicle and directed us to a model that had just what we were looking for. Nothing we didn’t need. This is the third Toyota our family has purchased from Younger, but the first new car, so we can safely say that you can buy with comfort and confidence here. We’ll be back! More

I recently brought my Tundra in to have the frame inspected for rust. Per the dealerhip the truck was found to be ok. So I took my truck to my local Mechaninc for a new timimg belt and Serpintene be inspected for rust. Per the dealerhip the truck was found to be ok. So I took my truck to my local Mechaninc for a new timimg belt and Serpintene belt. He has completed the work and advised me that the rust under my truck is extremely bad. So I would like to give you the oppurtunity to respond . If not I will take futher actions. I am very happy with the Toyota's I have had in the past and would still buy Toyata products at this time, my last truck was a 1990 and I drove it for 13 years before buying the Tundra. I would like to have the frame replaced as the truck is Paid off and I am not in the postion to buy a car at this time. I would appriciate a timely response before I pursue other options. I decided to visit Younger Toyota to test drive a 2007 Prius following research into the dealership's reputation. I felt good having read all of the positive reviews, and my experience vindicated that per Prius following research into the dealership's reputation. Before I even walked through the door, I was greeted by Tim Moats, who was nothing but friendly and professional. Within 10 minutes we were in the Prius and out on the road. Tim never made me feel pressured, and answered truthfully all the questions I had. He was very patient in terms of helping me get the finance I needed, as was Paulina, who I dealt with in this regard. I followed up with Cheryl regarding the financing, who was also exceptionally professional. All in all, Younger Toyota is a terrific operation. They have friendly, professional, accommodating staff, and a super facility with comfortable seating, TVs, complimentary food and soft drinks, and even a Wii! I never felt like I was a target, but rather someone to be pleased. All in all, if you want to get a high quality vehicle from great staff at a good price, check out Younger Toyota. More

I was impressed with Younger Toyota from the moment I drove onto the lot and asked an employee to direct me to the office I needed. He not only showed me the office building, he told me where and how to drive my car into the service area. He even waited to be sure I drove the car to the right place. My service advisor was Rhonda Green. She was friendly and efficient as she wrote down information about my car and answered my questions. This was my first trip to Younger--my husband usually takes responsibility for our cars' maintaince. Rhonda showed me where I could wait for the car and also told me about their free transport service to any place in Hagerstown. The waiting area is large and quiet. There are magazines and several televisions and comfortable seats. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, donuts and hotdogs were complimentary. I waited there until Rhonda let me know that my 2009 Camry needed a new water pump. She also gave me a time estimate. It would take about 3 hours so I took the transport service to the outlet mall. The lady who drove the van was friendly and gave me the number to call when I wanted to be picked up. When Rhonda called me to let me know the car was ready, I called for the van. The van driver arrived promptly and was again cheerful and friendly. I think both Rhonda and the lady who drives the van enjoy their work. When I returned, Rhonda was again friendly and efficient. She went over the work that was done and sent me to the check-0ut area. The check-out lady was also friendly and efficient. There I received a detailed print-out "Know your Vehicle" along with my invoice. I was glad to find that all the work needed was still under warranity. I did not meet the mechanics, but was happy to find my car had been kept clean. The car is operating well and the coolant is no longer low. I did not check "Great" for any category in which I felt I was not knowledgeable enough to make such a high assessment. I was very happy with the service I received at Younger Toyota and would not hesitate to continue to use their services. More
