Seemed like I was at the circus. Never again! I have bought 30+ vehicles over the last 35 years and this was the worst experience I have had. I was shopping for a new Tacoma and found their websit I have bought 30+ vehicles over the last 35 years and this was the worst experience I have had. I was shopping for a new Tacoma and found their website. I found one I was interested in and clicked the request sale price button. Within a few hours I received the sale price. Price seemed inline with other dealers in the area. I talked to a salesman and let them know I would drive there on the weekend. They are 2 1/2 hours away from me. I let them know this and price was discussed multiple times. I had a very nice trade and was told to fill out the online evaluation form which I did. The form gave me a trade value as well as an instant cash offer. I printed this out and away I went. Arrived there about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. They were not busy at all. 1 other couple in the show room. After some time we test drove a similar truck to make sure we liked the Tacoma. So far so good. This is where it went down hill. I know they are in business to try to make as much as they can but I already had a quoted price. They started off several thousand above the quoted price. They offered me 1500 less on my trade than the cash offer on there website. When I pointed out the price I was quoted, I was told they would correct it. At least 3 times the sales staff would return with different figures but still not the price I was quoted. The salesman actually requested to take a picture of the email I received from them which had the price. I was told there online sales staff does not communicate with the floor sales department. After almost 5 hours we almost arrived at the original quoted price. They did reduce my trade value about $800 and I was told because it had a scratch on the front fender. I asked to see the scratch but was never shown. This was really frustrating, at this point I had almost 8 hours in so far. I asked to get my keys back so I could go elsewhere but each time they came with different numbers and I was told each time they had it right this time. I really should have just left and went elsewhere. My fault for not doing so. Probably the thing that bothered me the most was the poor communication between all the departments. I called and got my trade 10 day payoff. I gave this number to the salesman. I even wrote it down on the back of the title envelope i gave them. Each time they gave me the numbers while dealing on price this amount would change. I pointed this out several times and was told they would take care of it. Well guess what, it took them over 30 days to pay my trade off. And it cost me an extra $136 I had to pay to pay off the loan. I hope it was worth the $136 they got me for at the end. They will loose 10X's that amount. I have told my experience to several prospective new buyers so far and they went elsewhere. If they would have just been honest and did what was agreed upon in the beginning things would have been better for everyone. I know this was rather long but I tried to shorten it down. There are several details I left out. But hey they did have free popcorn. I told my wife I think it was because we were really at the circus. Or so it seemed............ More

When I found Younger, I had a good feeling, so I spent some time there. Donald took me out on the lot and we test drove and I checked out features. When I told him I was firm on not buying that day, he respected me and did not try to "hard sell" me into changing my mind. General Manager Carroll spoke to me as well and said he was willing to compete on price with the DC dealers. I traveled around to other lots and no one impressed me like Younger. The whole experience was pleasant and no one "talked down" to me. I made the drive back the next weekend and got a good price from the friendly staff. More

I worked with Mike Hampton to test drive three vehicles and Cheryl Taylor to finance the car I chose. Mike was patient and helped me find the right car for me without being pushy. Mike also worked to satisfy me when it came to a price point and payment plan that best fit my wants and needs. Mike was a strong and timely communicator via text and phone. The dealership lived up to being a Presidential Award winning dealership and i would highly recommend this place of business to anyone. Mike and Cheryl made the experience a hassle free and pleasant deal. On a different note I would suggest that Jeffrey Cross not be included in a transaction if you are looking for 100% satisfaction. He became unprofessional and was disrespectful. Had it not been for Mike and Cheryl and how willing and professional they were, I would have taken my business elsewhere after dealing with Jeffrey for a mere 10 minutes out of my whole experience with younger. More
