Easiest purchase ever!!!!!!! As I left a dealership in Martinsburg WV disappointed and angry, I decided to continue driving north to Hagerstown. I wasn't expecting anything good t As I left a dealership in Martinsburg WV disappointed and angry, I decided to continue driving north to Hagerstown. I wasn't expecting anything good to happen because I had just spent weeks previously car shopping and was always left disappointed. Let's just say within 10 minutes of arriving, Donnie had me test driving a Corolla. As we were driving we were chatting about what I wanted and what I had been test driving so far. I told him what I really wanted was a Camry but I couldn't afford a new one. He said, well "We have a new Camry as a Manager's Special". I immediately asked to drive it and fell in love. The purchase was so easy, and fun!!! Who can ever say FUN and EASY about buying a new car???? Donnie even knew that I hadn't been home from work that day and hadn't had any dinner. He arranged for a co-worker to even bring me McDonald's while I waited on paperwork. Once I was finished with financing and paperwork Donnie even helped me clear out my old car since it was getting so late. I cannot say anything more about my experience with Younger and Donald Pellatiro. Kind, considerate, thoughtful, easy, professional, and just fun! I would highly recommend Donnie to anyone! More
Best experience buying a car I went to Younger Toyota just looking not really sure if i wanted to purchase my first BRAND new car when Donnie came out to talk to me, after a test I went to Younger Toyota just looking not really sure if i wanted to purchase my first BRAND new car when Donnie came out to talk to me, after a test drive, we sat down and went over what it would take to get me into the car. I gave him an amount that i had to stay near for payments and he made it happen, he also made the experience as painless as possible! He worked efficiently and have to say i will definitely be recommending people go see him if they are looking at purchasing a car! Best Experience EVER! More

Simple, Wonderful Experience I went with a family member while they purchased a vehicle at Younger Toyota, they also worked with Mike. I was so impressed with his level on knowle I went with a family member while they purchased a vehicle at Younger Toyota, they also worked with Mike. I was so impressed with his level on knowledge, non-pushy approach to sales. The lease of my current vehicle ended so, so a few months later I reached out to Mike to see what options he had available. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and was easy to negotiate the terms of the new lease with. He even gave myself and my relative his cell phone number so we could text him with any questions, which I thought was a great touch to add confidence. He made sure the car was clean and went over all included feautres before I left the lot, including setting up the infotainment system and having my download the appropriate apps on my phone to use remote access features. He is a wonderful salesman to work with, and I highly recommend him. When it was time to go over financing and sign paperwork, I worked with Cheryl. She remembered me from my previous visit with my relative and engaged in conversation. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the finance experience. She made sure I understood everything, but worked in an efficient manner to have me in and out as quickly as possible. More

Seemed like I was at the circus. Never again! I have bought 30+ vehicles over the last 35 years and this was the worst experience I have had. I was shopping for a new Tacoma and found their websit I have bought 30+ vehicles over the last 35 years and this was the worst experience I have had. I was shopping for a new Tacoma and found their website. I found one I was interested in and clicked the request sale price button. Within a few hours I received the sale price. Price seemed inline with other dealers in the area. I talked to a salesman and let them know I would drive there on the weekend. They are 2 1/2 hours away from me. I let them know this and price was discussed multiple times. I had a very nice trade and was told to fill out the online evaluation form which I did. The form gave me a trade value as well as an instant cash offer. I printed this out and away I went. Arrived there about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. They were not busy at all. 1 other couple in the show room. After some time we test drove a similar truck to make sure we liked the Tacoma. So far so good. This is where it went down hill. I know they are in business to try to make as much as they can but I already had a quoted price. They started off several thousand above the quoted price. They offered me 1500 less on my trade than the cash offer on there website. When I pointed out the price I was quoted, I was told they would correct it. At least 3 times the sales staff would return with different figures but still not the price I was quoted. The salesman actually requested to take a picture of the email I received from them which had the price. I was told there online sales staff does not communicate with the floor sales department. After almost 5 hours we almost arrived at the original quoted price. They did reduce my trade value about $800 and I was told because it had a scratch on the front fender. I asked to see the scratch but was never shown. This was really frustrating, at this point I had almost 8 hours in so far. I asked to get my keys back so I could go elsewhere but each time they came with different numbers and I was told each time they had it right this time. I really should have just left and went elsewhere. My fault for not doing so. Probably the thing that bothered me the most was the poor communication between all the departments. I called and got my trade 10 day payoff. I gave this number to the salesman. I even wrote it down on the back of the title envelope i gave them. Each time they gave me the numbers while dealing on price this amount would change. I pointed this out several times and was told they would take care of it. Well guess what, it took them over 30 days to pay my trade off. And it cost me an extra $136 I had to pay to pay off the loan. I hope it was worth the $136 they got me for at the end. They will loose 10X's that amount. I have told my experience to several prospective new buyers so far and they went elsewhere. If they would have just been honest and did what was agreed upon in the beginning things would have been better for everyone. I know this was rather long but I tried to shorten it down. There are several details I left out. But hey they did have free popcorn. I told my wife I think it was because we were really at the circus. Or so it seemed............ More
