Jerry, I know we have already spoken on the phone but also wanted to respond to you here on DealerRater. Thanks for allowing us to get your oil change sticker replaced and sorry for not taking care of that the first time. As for the tool, it was interesting to find out that was actually not our tool and must had been there from the service shop you used prior. It happens, and it has even happened here before. Believe me - technicians pay a lot of money for their tools. They NEVER want to purposely or accidentally let their tools in someones car.
