I wrote an earlier review with a strong complaint about my experience with Service Rep., Carl & about my disappointment of how I thought handled by upper Management of Younger Nissan. I now must write th my experience with Service Rep., Carl & about my disappointment of how I thought handled by upper Management of Younger Nissan. I now must write that I have spoken with Jason Barber, Service Manager & I’m VERY PLEASED with his determination to resolve the problem! There wasn’t any biased attitude from him whatsoever! He listened sincerely per phone & also with my follow up email, as per phone, he let me know he would talk to staff & he understood me 100%! I’m Thankful that the Service Manager, Jason Barber of Younger Nissan was considerate, professional & sincere in handling my complaint!! Also I found out General Mgr., Steve Farley had NOT lied, but had contacted Jason as he told me he would, it just in reality took longer than anticipated to get back. I highly recommend if u have a complaint toward any Service staff to speak to the Service Manager, Jason Barber. He Will Do Right by you!! More

It started with a phone call from Aaron Thompson mentioning getting pre approved for a new car. The first thing that popped in my head to say was not interested but after thinking on it I decided to just try. I went in to get my 2016 versa serviced and while waiting Aaron was very helpful in showing me new and used cars I would like. He let me test drive a few of them and explained everything in detail and I loved that. I then got helped with Mike and he was phenomenal very patient, very kind and that helped the process even more. He talked me through everything I needed to know with the help of Pete. Pete helped me pick a car that best suited me and crunched some numbers up to make sure I stood in my budget. I also want to thank Ed I got to work with him for the 2nd time in my new car and it felt amazing going through him. Ed remembered me and did a very kind thing and that made me feel like I had been a customer for years!! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car here they are amazing. This is my 2nd car with them and i love it and super happy. They look out for you here and want you to be happy with the decisions you make and that makes me feel trusting of them. I traded my 2016 versa for a new 2019 Sentra I'm very happy. More
Very disappointing 1st experience I recently purchased a car from the dealership. I was satisfied with that purchase and was happy to leave a great review on this site. However, I we I recently purchased a car from the dealership. I was satisfied with that purchase and was happy to leave a great review on this site. However, I went to the service department for my first service, i.e. oil change, tire rotation. Upon arriving I was told it would take less than an hour and they would vacuum and wash the car for me. After nearly three hours I was finally told my car was done however it had not been washed and vacuumed as promised so the tire rotation was done for free. The communication during this experience was severely lacking between the members of the service team and between the service team members and the customer (me). Rather than simply giving me the tire rotation for free and sending me out the door without all of the services that were promised, maybe the service representative could have communicated with me as soon as he realized the service had not been done and expedited its completion. Also, if I'm given a personal service advisor when I arrive for service, then why isn't that person tracking the progress of my vehicle vs the expected progression. After more than a 30min delay it would seem that someone (service advisor, manager, etc.) should start communicating with the customers. I have one more free oil change from the purchase of the vehicle. If the service is better the second time around then I will be more than happy to provide a more positive review of that service. More

Not any rental, but a great 2019 Altima with some quality features. Liked the service and the car so much we bought it's twin. Better to have a new car with great features, than an old car with transmission issues that's what I always say. More
