I had an appointment for 30K mile service. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. The service advisor went over all of the work that would be done on the car and asked arrived, I was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. The service advisor went over all of the work that would be done on the car and asked if there were any other problems to take care of. My key fob wasn't working so that was checked and the battery replaced. The car was washed and from the outside actually looked like it had been detailed - at no additional cost. One of the screws for the front license plate was stripped. It was replaced at no additional cost with a larger screw. The service advisor told me when I could expect the service to be finished and then kept me up to date about every half hour as I was waiting for the car. I got a chance to read the paper and have a couple of the complimentary cookies and bottled water while I waited in the lounge. Noticing that I was a senior, the service advisor made sure that I got a discount on the service. When the car was ready, she went over the checklist to explain what was done and what the various measurements (brakes, tires) meant. She was great and extremely pleasant. It helped make the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. More
We were sent to the Frederick Nissan dealership with our 2008 Nissan Xterra after having repair issues with new tires we had put on at Sears Auto Center. Sears broke one of our TPS after replacing our tire 2008 Nissan Xterra after having repair issues with new tires we had put on at Sears Auto Center. Sears broke one of our TPS after replacing our tires, and didn't tell us they broke it until we were having issues. They could not fix the problem they created so sent us to the Nissan dealership to hopefully help us. We were frustrated and upset after dealing with Sears. We were welcomed by Leonie Null. She was friendly, professional, empathetic and quickly turned around our day. She took our vehicle back quickly and the service tech had answers for us in quick few minutes. Leonie dealt with the payment arrangements direct with Sears, leaving us out of the middle. The service tech fixed the problem Sears created and came out to explain the problem to us. Thanks to Nissan's friendly, quick, reliable service our Xterra is once again in working order! More

Only complaint reluctant to fix the seal on my tire. 1st said my tire was good & could just be taken off & put back on to fix seal then came back with a quote to replace all 4 tires because they weren't new but still wrote on my slip a 5 & pass for the tread. Confusing info! More

Gary and Doug in the Service Department are the best - they are at the top of their game. No BS. Only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I bought (the salesman was Shlomo) and still they are at the top of their game. No BS. Only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I bought (the salesman was Shlomo) and still own an Xterra 2005 at the old location on North East Street. Because of a lack of response from a salesman at the new Grove Road location I was forced to buy an Xterra 2009 from another Nissan dealer in PA. Don't bother checking out used cars for your kids at Frederick Nissan on a Sunday afternoon because the Sales people do not put price stickers of the windscreens! BECAUSE and ONLY BECAUSE of Gary and Doug, I enjoy getting both of my Nissan motors serviced at Frederick Nissan. More

I needed to have a strut replaced on my 2011 Sentra, but I just had surgery and couldn't drive so the technician came to pick up my car at my house, fix it, and return it to my house. Purchased new truck on December 20th. Purchase contract included adding step rails and side moldings (We Owe). Made an appointment for Jan 5th while the truck was in the service bay. They checked the pai included adding step rails and side moldings (We Owe). Made an appointment for Jan 5th while the truck was in the service bay. They checked the paint color to see if side moldings came pre-painted. I understood that it might be a 3 hour wait on Jan 5th. Later decided to add a bed liner - delivery would coinside with Jan 5th appointment. I confirmed with John that the bed liner could be installed on Jan 5th as well. Arrived Jan. 5th. Asked if I was leaving the truck - I said no (I live 52 miles from the dealership). John said they could do the bed liner and the step rails, but the side moldings needed to be painted (didn't come pre-painted) and that the paint department wouldn't paint them without physically seeing the truck (which I thought Dec. 20th covered). John says they need 7-10 days to do the side moldings. I got the feeling that the side moldings were not in the building, but I don't know this for sure. So, the short version is that I'm disappointed that a "We Owe" side molding takes me a second 104 mile round trip to the dealership and that it couldn't be completed before January 19th (a full month after the truck was purchased). John was knowledgeable about the vehicle and service needed. The job was done when promised and under quote. John explained how the part could have been damaged so future damage could possibly be preven needed. The job was done when promised and under quote.
