I am extremely disappointed with that my 2005 Altima's floorboard has rusted through and neither Nissan or the dealership are willing to assume liability for faulty material used by Nissan or the fact tha floorboard has rusted through and neither Nissan or the dealership are willing to assume liability for faulty material used by Nissan or the fact that the my car had been serviced/inspected on numerous occasions and the service techs did not either notice or mention to me about the corrosion--I'm sure some rust had to have been visible to them. I want to make clear that I had no problem with John personally...he was very courteous and helpful. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the fact that neither the manufacturer or the dealer stand by their so-called "Lifetime Corrosion Warranty" that's referenced in my Owner's manual. I will NEVER purchase another Nissan vehicle for this reason! More

Very positive experience being the first time at this dealer. From the time I placed the call in the morning to the time I picked up the car in the afternoon. Not only was Amanda friendly and knowledgable, the mechanic that worked on the car was as well! I was in for a second key to be made for our 350Z. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the lounge was great providing beverages and popcorn! Express service for an oil change and to change a light bulb.....express service was so express...almost 90 minutes...way too long. My experience with the service was fine, as it has been for 10 years and 2 Nissans I have bought and had serviced from Frederick Nissan, but I am extremely unhappy when the tires of my used Z that I was to for 10 years and 2 Nissans I have bought and had serviced from Frederick Nissan, but I am extremely unhappy when the tires of my used Z that I was told were new when I bought it 6 months ago, were recommended for replacement due to wear and misalignment only 4000 miles later at a cost of over $800. When I purchased the car I specifically asked if the tires were new and my salesperson said yes, because she could see the rubber nubs on the rim of the tires indicating they were new. She even remarked how fortunate I was as this was not always the case. At the service appointment I asked that the tires/alignment be checked because the car occasionally pulled Right or Left. I was told the tread wear was extreme on the front tires, and new tires were recommended. When I questioned this considering having been told they were new, I was told no, only the rear tires were new, the front had "passed Maryland Inspection" and were not new. This means I was significantly misled when I purchased the car, so you can imagine my frustration when no one in the dealership I spoke with would stand behind the salesperson's statement of new tires when I bought the car. Even if I had been told the tires were not new, wearing out in only 6 months from passing inspection should be unacceptable standards for selling a vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and although everyone was cordial and professional, I was told "there is nothing I can do" when I questioned the tire situation. I would appreciate a response to this commentary. More
