John greeted me with a smile. I came for an oil change, but was within 100 miles of my 15,000 servicing. John worked with me to get that done quickly as I had a meeting in 2 hours. Came in for a 180,000 tune-up. Doug usually takes care of me but he was busy when I arrived so John stepped in right away. That's the great customer service I'm come to expect from Frederick Nissa. I like the new setup of the service advisor's work stations too. As always, the technician did a great job on the service and spotted an item I hadn't noticed myself recently. With the advisor's and tech's knowledge, experience and workmanship, I should hit 200,000 miles easy! As always, Cheryl got me checked out quickly even with training a new cashier, who seemed to be cathing on rather quickly. More
Came in for a oil change and found out my battery was low so I purchased a new one. Had my wipers replaced as well. I am always so pleased to drive up to this dealer ship and fell like I have an appointmen so I purchased a new one. Had my wipers replaced as well. Beginning with my phone call requesting service for a very strange noise my Maxima was making to picking up my car after being repaired, my experience at Frederick Nissan was exceptional. When I arrived, Leonie was friendly, understanding and prompt. The waiting area is customer friendly. The service was completed within the timeframe I was given. First,when I picked up my car key, I noticed it said "failed" for my battery. If I had not questioned why it said that, no one would have told me. When I questioned why my battery would go bad at 23,000 "failed" for my battery. If I had not questioned why it said that, no one would have told me. When I questioned why my battery would go bad at 23,000 miles, the best answer they gave me was, could be the heat and it happens sometimes. I have never had a new car that required a new battery before 50,000 miles or more. So, I was told the battery is pro-rated and I have until July 14th,when my three year warranty runs out,to get a new battery for 80.00, or after that pay full price. I guess I might get a new battery, but to be honest, I haven't talked to anyone who thinks I should have to buy a new battery in a car like this,at 23,000 miles! More
i was informed that my free oil change at 7500 miles ended with my warranty. I was told when I bought the vehicle that they were free for the as long as I own the vehicle.
