I brought my 2010 Cube in for 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told what would be done and that it would take about 2 hours for this to be completed. After waiting about 45 minutes I looked into the maintena was told what would be done and that it would take about 2 hours for this to be completed. After waiting about 45 minutes I looked into the maintenance bay and saw my car. It was sitting unattended with no service technician near it. I watched it for another 15 to 20 minutes and still no one was working on my car. Then a technician came with some paperwork and drove it away. I assumed it was going elsewhere for additional work. Five minutes later the service advisor came and told me my car was ready. She went over the paperwork and gave me a bill for over $500. I do not know how all this work, $500 worth could be accomplished in so little time. In addition, when I went to get my car I assumed it would be washed as I am a member of the VIP Program. It wasn't. To be honest, if the car was not washed as promised what other work was not done in the limited time it was there? More

each time i come down for warrenty work on my vehicle i have issues. I was down there last week and my vehicle was to be covered under the warranty. I get to the check out and was handed a $380 bill. I asked why i got a bill and the cashier SMARTLY replys "um for your services" I informed her there should be no charges due to a warranty. I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes for the service manager to come out and address the issue. Upon waiting the cashier asked another part of the staff to tell Gary he was still needed at the cashiers desk. When the sales rep came back in he said to the cashier "Gary said to tell you he left for the day" This is not what a customer wants to hear even if it is joking around as i am here to pick my vehicle up on warranty work and should have been out of there in 5 minutes. But instead it took 1 hour to get my vehicle back. This is very disappointing. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone and will be glad when my warranty is up so i do not have to deal here again. More
Worst experience I have ever had with getting car service. I was without my car for two full days. I kept being told to have patience because the service department was short on staff. I am currently looking at purchasing a new car; however, you can rest assured that it will not be another Nissan, not if I have to deal with you folks. More

So far the service we've received has been pretty good. (only 1 visit so far). The car was purchased on a Saturday, arrangements made the following week to apply the Super Polysteel protectant and instal (only 1 visit so far). The vehicle needed to be cleaned up after we arrived and it was noticed by your service advisor (Ms Leonie Null) that the cleanliness was not up to your dealership's standards so it was 'rinsed' off before we took possession. After we departed the dealership, we noticed that, even though the car had been detailed, the windshield - both inside and out needed additional cleaning. Driving into the setting sun it was very difficult to see through the streaks. That's really the only complaint - the windshield didn't seem to meet your standards. We'll be back though - I'm sure it was only an oversight - particularly since we picked it up on a Friday afternoon. (folks were probably thinking about the weekend). More

John greeted me with a smile. I came for an oil change, but was within 100 miles of my 15,000 servicing. John worked with me to get that done quickly as I had a meeting in 2 hours. Came in for a 180,000 tune-up. Doug usually takes care of me but he was busy when I arrived so John stepped in right away. That's the great customer service I'm come to expect from Frederick Nissa. I like the new setup of the service advisor's work stations too. As always, the technician did a great job on the service and spotted an item I hadn't noticed myself recently. With the advisor's and tech's knowledge, experience and workmanship, I should hit 200,000 miles easy! As always, Cheryl got me checked out quickly even with training a new cashier, who seemed to be cathing on rather quickly. More
Came in for a oil change and found out my battery was low so I purchased a new one. Had my wipers replaced as well. I am always so pleased to drive up to this dealer ship and fell like I have an appointmen so I purchased a new one. Had my wipers replaced as well.
