After 2 years with my Versa, and EXCELLENT service, I'm sorry to say my experience Saturday, 9/22/12, was TERRIBLE. I arrived at 9:25, and didn't get out until 11:10. It seems there was a problem obtaining an oil filter, (Chevrolet), which kept us there a ridiculously long time. My daughter missed a riding lesson, that I hope I don't end up having to pay for. Also, if I didn't remind them to reset the computer to notify when oil change is needed, it wouldn't have gotten done. That took an additional 10 - 15 minutes. (Chevrolet) If you continue to sell/service other makes of automobiles, your people need to be more familiar, or READ THE SERVICE MANUAL, like I did. More
I was very disappointed that the battery of my new 2012 Nissan titan was not working properly , I was so frustrated because the vehicle left me sitting 3 times during the weekend until it was finally towed Nissan titan was not working properly , I was so frustrated because the vehicle left me sitting 3 times during the weekend until it was finally towed, on Monday the dealer called me to informed me the issue with the battery and what they did to resolve the problem, I was able to pick up my vehicle on Monday afternoon, as far as the dealership and their customer service I give them a 5star but this vehicle has given me a couple of problems that now I am thinking about switching to a Chevrolet. More

As always everyone was very nice. I was thrilled to be in and out in less than one hour on a Saturday afternoon. However, I was surprised that the driver's outside mirror was bent back very far and I had in and out in less than one hour on a Saturday afternoon. However, I was surprised that the driver's outside mirror was bent back very far and I had to get out of the car to put it in the correct position. Also there were handprints all over the inside handle. This has never occurred before. I used to love to bring in my Murano for service and go home with a freshly washed and vacuumed car. I miss this part of your service. More
This was my first post-purchase visit for an oil change. I had an appointment for 5pm and arrived 3-4 minutes late because of traffic. When I pulled up to the service bay, a man there siad abrubtly "We're closed". Not, "I'm sorry. we're closed", or "Can I help you", just "we're closed". I was ready to back out and leave and never return. I am in business myself and I know how to treat customers. Sfter I informed him that I had an appointment, there was a young lady behind the service desk who waved me in. The rest of the experience was great - and the service was completed faster than I was told. More
