As always, great service, but the cost of Nissan's repair parts is outrageous. Both Gary Lewis and Doug Rice went the extra mile to obtain the software upgrade to the siriusxm radio and (so far) the issue of 'loading' on the radio has been resolved. They also worked with the service department to repair a 'scuff' mark on the steering wheel cover that had been pending for some time. Additionally, they worked with SiriusXM to obtain some special pricing to enable me to acquire a six month subscription to better evaluate the siriusxm programming since the three month trial subscription had expired. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Gary and Doug. More
There is a problem with my battery. I was left stranded. I got a jump start and the following day, went to my mechanic. My battery was tested and showed it was bad. I drove from my house in PA to your Nissan dealership in MD the following day where now I was told the battery was fine. My battery was not replaced. Is it possible that it had a charge since I had just drove it 45 min.? I don't know but am just asking. I felt Doug was very nice and did what he could. I am not happy. Looking back I should have asked for a manager. I know there is a problem with the battery. What a shame Nissan will not stand by its product. Today I am going to purchase a new battery so I do not get stranded again. That is a shame since my battery is still covered by Nissan. Extremely disappointing. More
Every time I bring my vehicle to Nissan to have it checked, I get the best service ever. Doug Rice makes me feel like I'm the only customer he has. I have recommended to all of my friends that they should use this repair shop...whether they have a Nissan or not. I trust Doug to make sure that everything is done properly. I refuse to purchase a Hyundai because I do not trust their service area...I always had the feeling they fixed my car only to find a bunch of other things wrong with it. I trust Doug. More

The friendliness of Mike and the cutomer service and attention he provided was excellent! I know Mike does not set the repair prices but you guys need to be more competitive. I came in for a diagnostic test on my wifes Pathfinder and found out that the recalled fuel level sending unit has shorted out, again (was replaced once under the recall notice). Now you want to charge me $400 to replace a $80 part. Really?! I'm taking this issue up with Nissan HQ but my issue is with the labor charge. This is 5 times the price of the part. Really?! You also conducted a multi-point inspection and found a couple of maitanance items (sway-bar bushing and transmission fluid replacement) that need attention. I took these results and did some price comparision and found that I am able to have these completed for $150 less than what your dealership quoted. You want to charge me $390 where I can get this done for $240 elsewhere. I know you are in the business to make money but over charging your customers is not the way to go. I know all dealerships overcharge for repairs but that doesn't make it right or fair. And claiming you use only Nissan parts, etc for someone on a tight budget just doesn't fly. Just so you know. Please reconsider your price structure and make it more competitive. Personally, I would rather service 100 vehicles at a competitive price and make more money than service 40 at a higher price and make less. More

However when I arrived, Doug told me that I needed a coupon that I was never told that I needed. Fortunately, Doug found a coupon for me and we completed the service. More
