I have been away from your dealership since my brother left as service writer/manager when it was Jenkins bu took care of my car and me immediately. I have been away from your dealership since my brother left as service writer/manager when it was Jenkins but I'm glad to be back. These two guys were soo responsive to my needs that I was blown away and they are truly an asset to this dealership. More
Always a pleasurable experience. Routines do not become tedious when you are greeted by Doug and Sergiu as they have always greeted me like being part of a family. While waiting in the showroom browsing, tedious when you are greeted by Doug and Sergiu as they have always greeted me like being part of a family. While waiting in the showroom browsing, all the other folks enagage and are equally friendly. Jay Shafer and I got into a discussion of varying topics. Great atmosphere. Service was quick too! More

I brought my truck in for four things to be looked at, none that were pressing, but I wanted to have them checked. 1. Bluetooth light no longer lit up. 2. Front speaker sounds terrible. (blown) 3. he none that were pressing, but I wanted to have them checked. 1. Bluetooth light no longer lit up. 2. Front speaker sounds terrible. (blown) 3. heat/ac blower noise. 4. metallic rattle from outside of truck at idle. (when something, perhaps AC clutch, kicks in) The bluetooth issue was fixed. The blower noise was reported fixed, but still makes the same amount of noise. I was told the speaker sounds fine. I'm not exactly an audiophile, and the terrible sound from me drives me crazy. So much that I am thinking of having it replaced at my cost, just to get it fixed. I was told they couldn't reproduce the metallic rattle. When I picked up my truck, I brought the service manager out, and he heard it. I was told I should "bring it back by" if I was out and about. (I would have liked to have had it fixed) I was presented with a bill for "Troubleshooting" the two issues they couldn't find. (the speaker and the rattle) As far as I can tell, the "diagnostics" of these two issues consisted of _listening_. Seems excessive to be charged so much $$ for listening. To still not have it fixed just adds insult to injury. In addition, when I picked my truck up, with 3/4's of the problems still present, I was presented with a $500 quote for scheduled maintenance. I have used Frederick Nissan many times in the past, and would have used it for this PM, but not after this experience. I will drive further for better results. More

Drove vehicle in unannounced as I couldn't risk waiting any longer for a solution or help with power loss for the sake of safety for vehicle, driver, and traffic. I was greated cordially and accepted with any longer for a solution or help with power loss for the sake of safety for vehicle, driver, and traffic. I was greated cordially and accepted with assistance promptly with pleasant demeanor by all. I was not being able to drive from home to dealership in Frederick, a distance of approximately 58 miles without needing to charge or else having no peace about arriving before power was gone. If I used the radio, lights, heater, windshield wipers it was just like the power was disappearing like like drinking a glass of water. It had been two months to the date that I was struggling with this issue and I felt I had a good feel for "Miss Miracle" and knew that was not what the company or dealership would want me to constantly fret about. She is more "grand" than that! More
I bought a new 2013 Altima 3.5 SL on Friday 10/26. 8 days later (11/3) I unfortunately got a flat tire. I brought it in hoping it just needed to be plugged. To my chagrin I was told that there was a g days later (11/3) I unfortunately got a flat tire. I brought it in hoping it just needed to be plugged. To my chagrin I was told that there was a gash in the inner sidewall so the tire needed to be replaced. I was told that the estimate for a new tire would be around $280. I was hoping that maybe it would be covered, but I guess I understand that tires do not fall under any warranty. It freakin sucks, but i understand. I was told that the tire would have to be ordered and it wouldn't be ready until Monday afternoon. The service advisor threw the idea out there of just taking a tire off another car on the lot and putting it on mine, but then he shot down his own idea saying there wasn't enough time. Don't know why he brought this up to give me hope of getting my car taken care of that day, only to shoot it down 10 seconds later. I asked if I could get a loaner. He told me no, I couldn't. I explained that I commute 45 miles each way and there is no way I would do this with a donut on my car. After a while, he finally relented and gave me a loaner. I was pretty ticked he said no in the first place. It's bad enough that I just dropped almost $30K at your dealer just a week before this and now I'm saddled with a bill for this freakin tire and now he's dicking with me about a loaner?? Mike was a nice enough guy, but this whole thing just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. So I go and pick up my car Monday evening. $315.22. Awesome. I get it, $255 for the tire itself, but $45 for "shop supplies" and labor?? Was just hoping for some kind of help or latitude since I just dropped almost $30K at your dealer the week before. The final kick to the crotch was that they didn't even wash my car when they had it for 3 days. Every other car I've bought at other dealers AUTOMATICALLY gets washed whenever I brought it in for service. I know this is something small and probably insignificant to you guys, but I really felt let down customer service-wise. The whole flat tire thing, was by no means the fault of your dealership and I was pissed that it happened, but since this was my first time dealing with the service dept. at Frederick Nissan it was just not a great experience.
