Great customer service from Doug Rice. My car was in the shop for repair for 3 days and he kept us inform thoughout that time. I would like the dealership to have a defined car loaner program. Mr. Fink was very courteous when contacting me to advise that parts had arrived to complete a warranty repair on my Altima's heated seat. The repair was done promptly and I was notified of a Technical Serv that parts had arrived to complete a warranty repair on my Altima's heated seat. The repair was done promptly and I was notified of a Technical Service Bulletin on another vehicle issue which corrected some brake noise that I was hearing when initially applying the brakes. I will say that I have had a good experience with this dealership starting with the sales contact with Kyle Warfield and now with service and maintenance. More

Was treated very well right from the beginning. All work to be performed was gone over in great detail. The cost of each individual service item was discussed and no additions were included later. I brought my Infiniti JX35 for an oil change. Gary took the car in and completed the work in a fast manner. He brought the paperwork to me in the waiting area, (comfortable seating, tvs, wi-fi), I paid an the car in and completed the work in a fast manner.
